I like how Pyro can make an 8 hour deep dive into a story. But a RUclips series barely 30 minutes long and with like a 1 week gap between videos and his brain looses the plot and fills it with memes no one has ever seen before.

Then one day the connections to Earth are severed and the entire backrooms turn into chaos. The monsters start coming around again. Sealed off sectors leading to other floors are breeched. Maybe have the game be from the perspective of some dude who fell into the backrooms a couple years after the collapse. Finding people still alive and so on. I'd love the idea if you explored long enough, you could find other nations. Maybe a Soviet expedition? Maybe you find an area of ancient Japanese stuff. Like people throughout the ages have been falling into the backrooms.
Mate you would love the game Control because that’s basically what you described. A backrooms-esque building where the inside is this ever changing building that is only held together by these control points, and you go through these different areas trying to take back the facility.
1:40 the backrooms were created by them in this lore, if you reference older vids you notice there is that one with a expanding maze, thats where they first created it. its a spatial rip, used to cross great distances. a wormhole so to say. But its also infinitely large. they repurposed that accident into this.

Pyro what happened was one of the scientist guys in one of the episodes got lost and stepped into that same room, now we see that same event in a different pov. Those are cracks and not vines like in the other rooom, the other room was probably the monster growing out more as its the same color as the monster.
