Spaghetti all'assassina! This delicious pasta left everyone speechless!
Hi everyone! Today I present to you a very tasty and easy to make recipe. Spaghetti all'assassina is a typical Apulian recipe, to be precise from the city of Bari. A very particular first course, which includes pasta cooked directly in a pan with tomato sauce, for a crunchy and spicy result. The dish is made up of very few simple ingredients. The peculiarity is the pasta cooking method that you will see in my video. Try it and let me know in the comments what you think! Bon appetit friends!
Ingredients:
- 250 g (9 oz) of spaghetti
- 300 ml (1 cup) of tomato puree + 4-5 spoons
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 liter (4 cups) of water
- 1 chilli pepper
- Salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of dried chili pepper
- Olive oil
