Probabilmente buono, perche ho provato cualcosa simile in Assisi, anche: sempre facevo spaghetti del giorno primo(al dente) y lo messo nella padella per saltare, dopo metevo il sugo di pompdoro per esempio: ma il spaghetti in Assisi nuna dimentico! Anche Spahetta Alfredo in Roma fanno con parmigiano sciolto, anche duello pasta fanno senza seguire le regole, ma e molto buono! Salve
questi spaghetti sono molto diversi perche' sono cotti direttamente in padella e l'amido non si disperde, quindi hanno anche un gusto diverso dagli spaghetti saltati del giorno prima

You can make burned pasta in a Fry pan or in the oven. A pasta casserole can by burned on the top. It comes crispy and delicious. I made it this way for many years and will keep on making this way.
