When I saw messmer crushing the eye, my first thought was that it was Marika soreseal, but looking closer at it, it does look different, so maybe it is messmers eye, but I guess we shall find out
Edit: also I just wanted to point out, that the dual sword enemy with the magic and fire swords is damn near an EXACT replica of PONTIFF from dark souls 3!! From what they showed off, their movesets do look similar, though I’m sure they’ll be different and unique enough, but very exciting!

The dual weilding boss is interesting because they the knight the "fire and frost" setup. So assuming we aren't killed in two hits we are looking at "frostbite, reset with fire, and frostbite again." Talk about a player setup.

Bro the hype is so real, it's funny every boss you was like "this is a main boss" nah fam I believe the last 2 bosses we saw are 2 of the remembrance bosses with the others being cruel appetizers. Fam that dragon at the end gives me Demon Prince vibes from DS3, and the chick with fire and ice blades is 100% a callback to Pontiff Sulyvahn from DS3 as well. This whole DLC from what I can see feels like a major love letter from Fromsoft. The references to their older games goes so damn hard. SOON WE DEPART MY FELLOW TARNISHED!!! I'll see you guys on the other side. 😤

@@ImCelest Bro it's the best DLC Fromsofts made yet, and perhaps worse of all I've found 4 remembrance bosses, and I've been getting my teeth kicked in, I'm still stuck on 2 of them. One of them gave me an insane adrenaline rush when I won though. Cheers, this ones gonna be an absolute treat! Can't wit for when you start playing 🙏🏻🔥⚔
The frenzied flame dragon kinda made me think of Midir and the big tree thing looked kinda like the Bed of Chaos
And I think Messmer was holding a Shabriri grape or something but idk since it looked like it was made of glass based on how it shattered (like the Elden ring🤯)

Get ready the hardest boss in any souls game so far by alot and 1 who makes melania look like a peice of cake is in the dlc and im gonna beat it with no summons, no idea who the boss is but a few ppl who's played the dlc said the boss is the hardest boss theyve ever fought by a big margine. ill be playing tonight I took the day off work tommaro 😂 I made a fresh character lvl 150 with every tailsman and item im ready

I recall a theory that melina is a child of marika, likely sister to Miquella and Malenia (especially their names are all pretty similar). This is ofc assuming that its not messmer who takes that place. I did hear a theory that he was marika's firstborn child tho so that might be something.

@@ImCelest Indeed. I do recall other theories on Melina in regards to her being the Gloam-Eyed Queen (the leader of the Godskin Apostles) but It's as of yet unconfirmed and I plan on getting the game myself at some point so I'm hoping to not get spoiled.
Beat the dlc bosses with no summons and ur sins will be forgiven from Melania 😂 im joking summons r fine i just fine its so much more fun and rewarding to have to learn the bosses every move with summons it just makes it easy u dont really.learn anything.

@ImCelest way I am looking at it is if I decide to use any summons I'll only use dlc ones im not gonna use mimic tear or tiche or dung eater it's easy mode if u use them 3 not even rly a challenge
