I don’t comment much on your vlogs… first things first. I’m glad you’re ok!! I’d say in the past few months you and your team have improved dramatically. Your starts are better than what they were the car seems better your sawing at the wheel as much. As a driver to a driver we are our own worse critic..” I should have did this or that”.. we take for what it’s worth on every lap. Like you said in this blog we’ll have our highs and lows. You guys keep doing what you’re doing.

Saw this live with my father and glad to see you and Tanner Thorson ok after that bad crash. I did know immediately after that crash that the chassis was a write-off. Luckily cars be repaired or replaced. Glad you man up to take reasonability in that situation, it was def a racing deal. Always time to pull a tear-off and move forward to the next race.

First and foremost glad both you and the other driver are ok, that was a scary incident. From an outsider looking in and being a racer in the UK, I understand what .500s means in racing, it don't sound a lot, but in a competitive environment .100s is a big gap. Your car looks great at the beginning of races, when the track is "green" so to speak, the rest of the field step it up in lap times and your car seems to me at least stay the same as it was at the beginning of the race. When I raced on ovals in the UK and when I did karting, I always set my race cars up to come on later in the race, now Tanner you guys know a hell of a lot more then me sat here watching your video's but something isn't quite right, the TV shows it up more, if a car "looks" fast on TV, in reality it's mega. Even in car camera's show the speed difference when other get in the grove. I feel you you and your team, you are THE most charismatic race driver on "RUclips" who shows you how it is, no BS........You are almost flat on this track it seems from your foot cam the other day, so the other drivers seem to have a bit more power, and momentum, taller gear maybe?. Keep it up Tanner, I am just viewing as I see it. Wish I was there to be honest. Fantastic life you have Racing around the US. Dean

The night before KR, I noticed that Rico’s setup was a little tighter out of 3 and 4, and I don’t think he lifted. It was crazy to watch how fast he was diving to the inside of 4, like on the ragged edge, but his car was pretty hooked up. I’m wondering if his motor was on the outs the next night.
If I were you I’d be spying his setup, his car handled the bumps better than yours.

There are so many split second decisions, and you have to also be thinking about the possible upside. Going for the win is different than going for a slot to gain a top 10. You know that, just commenting on how complicated split second decisions can be. Sometimes we make bad decisions, sometimes someone else does with similar results. Gotta believe if you want to get up front, so keep believing, and learning as well. Being quick is only a part of winning races.
