IM A BBOY: of 20 years, Never in my life have I seen such an in-depth instruction. BBoys turn their fingers in because it opens up the shoulders a bit more making it easier. So, that said, I love the 'Thoracic Hallow' instruction because if you can accomplish the Thoracic, the BBoy style will come by association. Thanks!

Thanks a lot for sharing such excellent content.
When getting started with Handstands, I used to practice thoracic bridge near a wall then walking up the feet on the wall, as a conditioning exercise.
it looks pretty similar to such a hollow back handstand.

About safety when freestanding this HS: do you have any recommendation for a technique to bail out safely if we fall from a Mexican into overbalance?
My fear is that if I go too deep and fall towards overbalance I could overstretch and perhaps injure severely my shoulders (and neck/head on impact), or even a whiplash on back muscles when trying in a panic to return too quickly to HS and underbalance. This also applies to that crucial moment when we try to reach the wall with our feet for support to test our backbending range without worrying too much about balance. Thanks as always!

It can be if not perused correctly, or carefully enough, which is one of the reasons I wanted to make this tutorial in the first place 😊
