      Sid Ghosh I also have the GS F-sport but with the four(4) cylinder (200t). I love it. Next will be the LS or the LC. The GS is a lot of value for the money, every time I get into it I feel like, I have made it. Can’t wait to upgrade even further.

    Beautiful.
    Such a long sleek profile. Very stylish. I think the heahlights are absolutely beautiful in design and how they light up. Also Love the F sport package those wheels look very nice. That engine is the star of this car... I wonder what that engine will do in the GS and IS sedans. A twin turbo GS will bring back the days of the 2JZ aristo !

    • @jmasoncars4452
      @jmasoncars4452 7 лет назад +2

      Toyota4Life awful. Hideous Grill. Hideous headlights. Hideous tail lights. Only 415hp out of a twin turbo 3.5 V6. Even ford is getting 450hp and 510 torque out of a 3.5. And the technology is still 5 years behind the Germans.

      Justamazon 33 of course your opinion is subjective and I think I can speak for the rest of us when I say, nobody cares. However some things are just factually incorrect, and here's where I come in- ford does have their ecoboost v6 motor, but it makes terrible fuel economy compared to this (this is no light vehicle either!), and has the intention of sporty driving dynamics rather than the purpose of unparalleled luxury; and even then, 0-60 in 4.5 seconds is faster than the best applied ecoboost v6 motor, in the raptor/Taurus SHO, etc (save for the ford gt). Infotainment could definitely see an upgrade, but Toyota should be giving most of their vehicles the latest version of entune (as the new Camry has recently seen) and even possibly AA&AC. So I agree with @Toyota4life, in terms of design (of course you don't care of my opinion much either!), elegance, luxury, RELIABILITY (didn't think about that did ya) and most certainly technology (has more standard safety features then most rivals, as do Toyota products).

    • @2isadventures
      @2isadventures 7 лет назад +2

      Justamazon 33 Actually impressive for a twin turbo V6. You just kind of sound ignorant. The design is nice too.

    So let me quickly state something. I've seen already several reviews on this ls500 and always did not like it. However, for some reason looking at it in this video, i actually love it. It looks so sexy and big. The interior is really different than what we currently see in cars. Really well.put together vehicle. I got to see if a v8 is offered.

    I really like the interior, especially since it is their own take and not a copy "Germans luxury" like even the Germans are doing these days. Other car manufacturers need to do an actual full redesign from the ground up. Not all of these half-measures and small refreshes. Great job Dave!

    This F-Sport is amazing but the Toyota developed infotainment system is horrible. Dated graphics, slow processing speed (anyone else notice the buffering symbol while Dave was demonstrating it?), and no Android Auto or Apple CarPlay.

    • @JulezWinnfield
      @JulezWinnfield 7 лет назад +2

      J J
      Other luxury automakers have surpassed Lexus in terms of infotainment system technology. That's an important selling point in today's connectivity dependant society. Android Auto or Apple CarPlay is almost standard in entry level cars nowadays.

    • @JulezWinnfield
      @JulezWinnfield 7 лет назад +4

    Ok people, let's call a spade a spade; I was at the international auto show yesterday and had the chance to sit in the back seat of this car. The head room is horrendous for tall people. The essence of luxury in the back seat is way off. My goodness, what was Lexus thinking? What is the purpose of the toys in the back when you cannot keep your head straight.

  • @ssjMaximum22Goku
    @ssjMaximum22Goku 7 лет назад

    The exterior looks too much like the Camry now. I guess this was bound to happen since Toyota tried to make the new Camry look like a Lexus. I also didn't realize how much the dashes look alike in Toyota and Lexus models. The dash in this LX looks almost exactly like the dash design in the Camry and Highlander. To be honest, this year's LX seems to be less luxurious than usual.
