Fun fact: Balthazar Bratt is voiced by Trey Parker, the co-creator of South Park. I'll bet it was interesting to be told "no swearing".
He wanted to be in a movie that his daughter could watch as she was too young to watch any of his other works like South Park.
As a single dad of 3 amazing daughters I have definitely ate things made for me when my daughters made breakfast in bed , honestly getting teary eyed remembering my 2 oldest girls making eggs and toast for breakfast in bed and man they just get my heart! Most amazing daughters ever! Missing them like crazy as their with their mom rn.
I love how Balthazar is just Trey Parker doing his Randy Marsh voice and noises XD
I didn’t like the villian as a villian but loved his choice of music and the dancing 👌🏻 and yes them seeing Lucy as a mom was so touching and that she was trying so hard 💕💕💕

I have watched the first 2 movies sooooo many times with my kid when he was little, and he laughed and laughed and laughed. That makes for a lot of happy memories connected to them, so maybe I'm a little biased 😉❤🥳
I don't get why Gru's mother, wife, brother, and daughters all call him by his last name. That's weird.

@@nicolasrestrepo6177 that makes a lot more sense. Dr. House, we call him House. That's what we're supposed to call him, we're the audience. Even his colleagues and friends call him that. His parents however do NOT. They call him Greg, cause that's what they named him. There are two other characters (keeping them anonymous for spoilers sake) in that show who started off on a last name basis, because they were colleagues. Once they started dating each other, they switched to a first name basis. My point still stands. We can call him Gru, Dr. Nefario can call him Gru, and his enemies can call him Gru, but his immediately family can't without it being weird.

I have 3 kids and have gone through it twice where my daughters made me something to eat or drink and I had to grin and say yum lmao needless to say mom had to immediately go to the bathroom after I tried them. I spit both out but they didn't know that lol
Not a dad but a pushover uncle, I had my stomach pumped a few times, it was worth it if I could see that tiny smile, luckily they've grown past that age.

I really wish Gru’s brother was voiced by Mike Myers, the one who voiced Shrek and he’s Austin Powers. Gru sounds a lot like Shrek to me and I hope I’m not the only one.

I just don't buy that Agnes is so naive she can't tell a unicorn from a goat kid. She should know the difference right away even if she is a six year old.
Also it would have been better if Margo actually got a boyfriend who Gru would have accepted (that was the weak spot of the last film that prevented it from being better than the first cuz I HATE the overprotective American dads that won't accept a boyfriend, we swedes ARE not like that).
