- Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is recognized by many as one of the greatest leaders in modern history, but, we also want to acknowledge the leader who has taken a little less credit - Coretta Scott King.
It’s time we change the narrative and remind the world that Mrs. Scott King was a fearless cultural influencer and societal shifter, too.
Their legacy lives on. So, on this day, we do give credit to Dr. King for his wisdom. The wisdom to embrace the intelligence, fearlessness, resilience, and fortitude Coretta Scott King possessed. Thank you, Dr. King, for having the wisdom to ask for Coretta Scott for her hand in marriage and in the movement.

Thank you Rev. Dr. King..for standing up for us..I’m sorry we didn’t keep you dream alive for Brotherhood and Freedom 😭🥺 This man is heavy on my heart this week. Listen to his last Sunday morning sermon- it speaks for today..you can feel his burdened heart. Of course he changed so much for us- but we didn’t get to finish his work of all the blood sweat and tears. We just went along with the program. People taking jobs with blind orders. People slaving away at jobs that hold no purpose and keep our people enslaved. Feeding into the evil and corrupt system. How can you not see every system we abide by is WRONG. ITS BAD. You forgot RIGHT AND WRONG. Do you see we are under heavy mind control and manipulation? You don’t own anything and you don’t have any peace of mind. God is our home. If you can’t stand up for what’s RIGHT- even if it means no paycheck- God help us all..well- God is going to help those who don’t want part of this world. If you feel at home here just because your bank account looks good?? Your circle is okay…okay with denying the thousands of year of inncocent bloodshed- let’s not forget the CHILDREN..animals and nature. Our world leaders destroy children. In the worst ways possible. If you can’t go deep within your own self- to do the work it takes to undo the evils of this world- to get on your face, be broken so you can be made whole again..

God chose Coretta & similarly situated women for their fortitude, character & grace under pressure. There is no way I wouldn't have been chosen for such a task. I would have been a lousy choice.
