    Every Christmas I’m tempted to buy a couple of those lighted birch trees, but I don’t because they are so expensive.
    But, using this technique, I can make them in any size that I want, and just add them into a planter.
    Thanks so much for sharing this!!!

    When I start the season I ALWAYS buy at least ten banquet size tablecloths while at the dollar store, cut them in half, and use them on my craft table. When I'm done it's an easy clean up. My husband leaves a pile of the sticks after he trims our trees so I can use them for crafting. And I LOVE using the dollar store Epsom salt for 'snow'. I'll definitely look for the Lambs Ear and Boxwood, those are beautiful. Thanks, nice decorating!

    Id like to thank you for this video! 🙏
    I’ve been looking everywhere for a tutorial or how to video for making frosted flowers. Couldn’t find one.
    I’ll be using this for making snowy black roses and red dahlias for Halloween and then abuse the heck out of it before Christmas
    Thanks and love from beyond the ocean ❤

    Yes ur right the flocking things r expensive..thanku for showing us how to flock..they all turn out so gorgeous..tyfs♡

  • @nierissa348
    @nierissa348 5 лет назад +7

    Absolutely gorgeous. Just a thought though on how to flock them more easily - would it be easier and faster to pour the snow in a small trash can bag, spray the glue where ever you want the flocking, then dip the pick in the bag, and close it up around the stem and shake and press the snow onto it. Then when you take it out of the bag, shaking the excess off into the bag of course, spray another layer of glue and sprinkle the glitter. I've never done it before, but it was just a thought that occurred when I saw you struggling with all your different ways, and you said it took you all day. Idk, either way it's absolutely gorgeous. I love the snowy look too.

    Tfs!! I flocked branches & put big, rusty bells on them. Along w/cotton pods & some bling. They turned out cute. My tree wouldn’t hold the sticks up top so I had to handle them a lot. The flocking went EVERYWHERE! Out the front door they went. My lambs ear & magnolia’s look gorgeous. Can’t wait to get them on my tree!! Ty again. Ur trees beautiful!!🥰🥰

    I made a bunch of these last year. I knew I could make my own instead of paying the money for them. I also got branches from my yard, painted them white and added fake snow, Epson salt and irredecent glitter.
