Every Christmas I’m tempted to buy a couple of those lighted birch trees, but I don’t because they are so expensive. But, using this technique, I can make them in any size that I want, and just add them into a planter. Thanks so much for sharing this!!! ❄️
When I start the season I ALWAYS buy at least ten banquet size tablecloths while at the dollar store, cut them in half, and use them on my craft table. When I'm done it's an easy clean up. My husband leaves a pile of the sticks after he trims our trees so I can use them for crafting. And I LOVE using the dollar store Epsom salt for 'snow'. I'll definitely look for the Lambs Ear and Boxwood, those are beautiful. Thanks, nice decorating!
It's been 2 yrs since this video came out, but I'm just viewing it for the 1st time. Breathtaking!!! Love the glamour you've created. I can't wait to try it. New subbie. TFS
Id like to thank you for this video! 🙏 I’ve been looking everywhere for a tutorial or how to video for making frosted flowers. Couldn’t find one. I’ll be using this for making snowy black roses and red dahlias for Halloween and then abuse the heck out of it before Christmas Thanks and love from beyond the ocean ❤
P.S. who ever has given you a thumbs down is just haters. Your work is beautiful and I would love to see one of your arrangements made with your snow flocked items.
Absolutely gorgeous. Just a thought though on how to flock them more easily - would it be easier and faster to pour the snow in a small trash can bag, spray the glue where ever you want the flocking, then dip the pick in the bag, and close it up around the stem and shake and press the snow onto it. Then when you take it out of the bag, shaking the excess off into the bag of course, spray another layer of glue and sprinkle the glitter. I've never done it before, but it was just a thought that occurred when I saw you struggling with all your different ways, and you said it took you all day. Idk, either way it's absolutely gorgeous. I love the snowy look too.
I have never flocked florals but I have flocked wreaths and trees. I am looking forward to trying this. Love the added gems, they really add to the sparkle. TFS, I always enjoy your DIY's.
Tfs!! I flocked branches & put big, rusty bells on them. Along w/cotton pods & some bling. They turned out cute. My tree wouldn’t hold the sticks up top so I had to handle them a lot. The flocking went EVERYWHERE! Out the front door they went. My lambs ear & magnolia’s look gorgeous. Can’t wait to get them on my tree!! Ty again. Ur trees beautiful!!🥰🥰
Very nice. Turned out pretty. I bought the already flocked Christmas garlands and florals at Joanns at 90% off and cut them and used it in my decor. I think
These Beautiful Steams are so Expensive ! I’m just in awe at your flowers ! I bought a few Beautiful Magnolias at a Beautiful Christmas store and Paid up to $25.00 a steam ! Man what I can do now you’ve taught ME !!! Thank you SO much !! Debra in California !
I love how you remove the leafs that you don't like. I thought I was the only person that did that. Absolutely loved this video thank you so much for your research and experimentation this is wonderful
I've never flicked a tree before but I was thinking about trying my hand at it this year. You're technic is so pretty and easy to follow. Thank you for sharing!
WOW! What a terrific, cost-saving idea. You did an excellent job. The leaves, and flowers, actually everything are stunning. I am going to give this a try for 2022 Christmas season. Thank you for this great idea!
They came out beautiful. I made a bunch of these last year. I knew I could make my own instead of paying the money for them. I also got branches from my yard, painted them white and added fake snow, Epson salt and irredecent glitter.
Thank you so much for sharing this. I followed your directions and my flowers and stems looks so beautiful.I also used the same on my little Christmas village. Doing this saved me hundreds.
Fantastic!! I love adding flocked items to my evergreen wreaths. But you are so right about the cost. This video really shows how to do it yourself. Thanks for sharing. Judy from St.Louis.
Very pretty to add glam and dimension. For a quick very simply look, I just spray on some white paint and then some spray glitter. I sometimes do want much in my lanterns.
Hi Tina 👍😍, The decorated florals turned out stunning ,look forward to seeing tree fully decorated, TYFS until next time God's willing be blessed!!! Mrs. K.💋
Tina, beautiful tree. After I saw your video I changed how I changed the theme of my tree . I found the Buffalo Snow at Joanne's Fabric, they were on sale for 4.50. I got most of my ornaments from Hobby Lobby, all X-MAS is half off. Thanks to you my tree looks amazing.
I never can get any off the flocked flower's here where I live, this is going to be so nice to do it my self.Ya ya.🤗I love your work!! Thank you for sharing ❤️🇨🇦

Great idea! That would make it much easier. Mine still looks great today, and I did this a few years ago.
