How to Make Miraak Your Thrall

Before then, I accidentally discovered how to dead-thrall Gormlaith Golden-Hilt using that exploit, and then applied it to Miraak. I later play-tested Miraak, and fast-traveled to Raven Rock, where he appeared next to me, managing to escape Apoccypha.
Missing your wedding in Skyrim enables player controls during moments when they are normally disabled. There are several versions of Miraak encountered in Skyrim. This version of him is not essential and can be dead-thralled, but is normally erased from the game after he kicks the player out of Apocrypha. I used a scroll of Firestorm to kill him, as my character did not have enough magicka to use the actual spell and Dead Thrall too. As a dead thrall, Miraak does not groan, and also retains his unique battle dialogue.
This version of Miraak starts at level 35, and will continue to be the exact same level as the player after level 35. He does not have a level cap, like the boss of the questline.
The songs playing are Schala's Theme and Magus' Theme, from the Chrono Trigger.

Another interesting thrall: Elenwen. You can only thrall her during season unending, after you ask her to leave.

When the DM gives you a shot at the BBEG early but fails to realize what combinations of magic items you've arranged to one-shot his entire 6-month planned campaign.
Having necromage perk while being vampire and equipping certain items included by annivessary edition allows you to dead thrall NPC's up to level 78 afaik. Which means you need to be lvl 70 in order to reanimage the strongest version of Miraak, being lvl 77.
I don't think he is tagged as undead though.
@@alexcrowder1673 necromage is bugged, if you are a vampire you get all the bonuses including reanimating higher level corpses even tough they are not tagged as undead
@@hallacson8535 Actually no, Necromage only increases the level cap of undead actors, i.e. vampires, draugr, etc. You also don't need to be a vampire yourself to increase the level cap, it works on other undead actors independently of whether or not you are a vampire. Miraak is not undead and this specific one levels at 1 times the player's level and thus can only be reanimated up to level 40, the usual Dead Thrall cap. I've been a necromancer since the early days of Skyrim.
interesting that the version from the first meeting has access to all the abilities used by boss fight miraak, im asuming he still has the alternate version of the robes?
He does have the alternate robes, which share the same enchantment with the Arch-Mage's robes. His mask enchantment is different, and is actually the same enchantment as Dukaan. His version of Miraak's staff is actually useless, and does zero damage but attacking with it still counts as assault.

Amazing, I've been trying to amass a Dead Thrall collection (hard to do when permanent items such as Treasure Maps to anchor bodies are so limited in Legendary Edition) and I now just learn about the canceled wedding glitch to enable player controls. I missed Gormlaith from the Elder Scrolls vision who would be cool to have even though copies of her body are already possible to keep from the Call of Valor shout which also works with Hakon and Felldir. Miraak would be pretty cool to have but sucks that you can only be a maximum level of 36 before Dead Thrall can no longer raise him...

Is it possible to use this exploit to get 2 versions of his sword? I'm assuming the cutscene version doesn't come with a sword but it would be cool for me as an item hoarder for having a lower level version of his sword and also the max version.
Unfortunately, this version does not come with his sword.

The wedding exploit didn't work for me. I missed my wedding by traveling to Temple of Miraak and waiting till it said failed wedding. Then I got to this part and still wasnt allowed to move in 3rd person or anything. I play on the switch AE edition. Any sugggestions?
I am level 36 and if i level up one more time i will be at 37 and i don't have dead thrall spell tome yet i am at 40 i heard you can get the spell tome book in Apocrypha. & where is it.
Will he be a better thrall if you undergo the Necromage Vampire, Bloodworm Helm and Bonewolf buff? Can you give him a piece of an enchanted armor that increase his magicka and health? I'm quite curious.
Necromage only works if the thralls were undead to begin with. Best thing to do is thrall him while you can and keep him alive. Also, he will only wear the gear he comes with, which is already enchanted, and none of it can be improved through smithing.
Cant you use the mind control spider glitch to change his default armor then kill him... possible work around

What abt combining w necromage/vampire and specific leveling to get a level 50 mirrak?
Doesn't matter, Miraak levels with you, may as well thrall him soon.

Dead thrall is last forever and if the zombie die they not become dust so you can rise them again
