The song playing is Outset Island, from the Wind Waker.
I used a Scroll of Firestorm, as it will transfer over through the loading screen. However, I needed to miss my wedding to enable player controls, or else the next screen will be locked forever if Astrid is killed that way.
I used the werewolf exploit to equip duplicate Gloves of the Pugilist, and increase my unarmed damage enough to one-shot enemies. Ronthil, Hestla, Rargal Thrallmaster, and the two Death Hounds are the only Volkihar members that can be killed at this point in the game. I used an Exploding Flame Spider to kill Ronthil, and the Imperial racial ability, Voice of the Emperor, to both detonate the spider, and pacify the vampires. Hestla and Rargal Thrallmaster do not take damage from spider scolls at this point in the game, so I had to attack them instead. At the end, I used the Sun Flare ability to do some damage to the rest of the vampires. I used the Become Ethereal shout to avoid taking any damage, to prevent gaining any experience.
This version of Miraak is a separate version than the one you will be encountering later on and ultimately fighting. He is not essential, and killing him will not break the questline, as he is replaced by another Miraak, as soon as the next quest starts. His robes are different than the final Miraak's Robes in that their enchantment offers no spell absorption, but instead reduces all magicka costs by 15% and provides 100% magicka regeneration.
The Dead Thrall spell cannot be acquired at level 1, which is why I used the Ritual Stone to re-animate Gormlaith Golden-Hilt. The Scroll of Dead Thrall can be, but it only works on humanoid NPCs up to level 15, and Gormlaith is level 30.
I used Become Ethereal to avoid getting ragdolled by the Unrelenting Force shout. The Ebony Warrior is protected, and cannot be killed by fall damage, so I had to finish him off with a fireball, right after he landed. Once he gets back up, he will recover all health.

I had an identity crisis when I accidentally picked one up lol
Also if you hit a bear trap with a lightning bolt spell, the trap goes flying but without activating.

Have you ritual stone/staff of worms any other OP dead people at level one? The assassin of old must be fairly decent - are they any OP dead bodies you have come across?
I don’t have Anniversary edition, so no Staff of Worms. Vyrthur is great if you’re level 1 since, he’s level 15. Salonia Caelia is base level 10. Veezara is good too since he has a lot of health.
@@leopoldstotch711 erden relvel is a little squishy, but he summons Seekers. Hes double the players level though. So you kinda gotta make him unkillable with health enchants before lvl 20. Only way to do that, given his equipped items, is give him an enchanted shield with a boatload of hp from fortify resto glitch.
Is there a way to use the mind controll spider glitch on any version of miraak?

How do you time the missing of marriage out with the Elder Scroll scene? I have tried this on plain vanilla Skyrim on my trusty Xbox 360 and cannot get it right despite failing the marriage quest right around that time. It just puts me in the usual stuck in cutscene mode.
Update: I did it! It still works but the timing has to be impeccable. I had to figure out EXACTLY when the mission would fail (12:35AM in my case) and then reload multiple times to read the Elder Scroll at the Time Wound at the precise moment so that it would fail when needed. For me this was right around 12:32 for optimal results.
You can kill the generic dragon that is Alduin’s lackey and then watch Gormlaith and Hakon just smack his corpse going through the dialogue. Also there are other dead dragons and fallen human corpses that you can loot. You can smack around Alduin but obviously not beat him. Also you can try to pickpocket the heroes. This is tons of fun!

Wont using the ritual stone cause Gormlaith to turn to ash after 60 seconds? Or will she be permanently back?
The ritual stone does not turn npcs to ash unlike the regular raise spells

You get 24 hours of your wedding day to attend after arranging with the priest in Riften. When time runs out, you fail the marriage quest automatically.
Timing, remember the time when you talk to the priest about the wedding. Then do the mission the next day and time the event

Necromage only works if the target is undead to begin with.
@@leopoldstotch711 what about mind controll spiders? Is there a way to fling yourself to a door and escape any of these areas so as to permanently control any of the miraaks? Even it it breaks the quest it would be cool.
@@alexcrowder1673 You can use a mind control spider on him then enter chapter two to turn him into a permanent follower. However, the exploit is unstable and does not always work.
