The arrows used in this video are only obtainable through console commands. To obtain them, open up the console and enter the following:
player.additem 961d6 10000
Doing so will give the player 10,000 arrows. They can be equipped by firing your last arrow.

At about 5 minutes in, I show how to do so.
Just to further clarify. As far as I know at this point, the arrow is patched and available through console commands only. If anyone can obtain it through getting hit by one at Japhet's Folly, please let me know. It would be a great rediscovery.

Thank you. It’s actually not a new discovery. People don’t really use it, since the arrows seemingly can only be obtained through console commands at this point. Hopefully, I’m wrong, and they can still be obtained through getting hit by one.

What if you reverse pickpocket one into one of the Solitude guards? Usually you can pick the arrows off of the target later.

Do not try this if you have USSEP installed, for there's a specific flag activated on 961d6 to make it not playable and so not usable. If you want to use this "arrow", with USSEP installed, you have to go to 961d6 and delete the entire entry (for it is only present to correct that "bug").

Man I've been trying to get the ebony warrior as a follower for ages. Iv got like everyone but him pretty much. I'm trying the mind control spiders on him a bit lately. with no luck. I tried soul tear reanimation with a conjuration potion and it doesn't effect the time. Last night i was thinking if the dragon aspect shout effects it i think maybe i can use a potion to effect the dragon aspect to effect it. i was watching all your vids yesterday and you replied to someone saying it can work on him but hard. How did you do it? Honestly if you did get it to work im pretty sure you would post a vid on it thats like the white whale of skyrim. I'm a skyrim glitch hunter. I haven't played of like 5 years and started again last month, iam still using a game save from like 15 years ago with no mods and some of the new glitches are great the bench glitch dead loading mind control spiders. You ,sickliff, greta92 even my boy thespiffingbrits showed me the flame cloak spell glitch. O shout out to eso and crusty. Last week i noticed i can fusrowdar the ebony warrior off the cliff and that would break waiting spot and if hes trying to attack me i can lead him across the map. I was thinking of making him my door man. In your vids it looked like you were doing the same?
It's possible to turn most NPCs in Skyrim into followers. However, the glitch is too buggy and unstable. Most of the time, the process just fails, and will permanently be impossible to activated ever again on a specific save file. Also, the effect can wear off. It's not worth making a video of the subject because of all these unresolved issues.
@@leopoldstotch711 cheers, there's not many vids on the glitch, it works great on creatures. I have a giant and and a riekling as permanent followers with the mind control spiders glitch but still haven't got it to work on any npcs yet. I haven't tried much but
