For the spinning top that you get for unlocking the box, they want you to visit the website which is written on it. Doing so takes you to a page where it asks you how many circles you see on the top when you spin it. After giving the right answer it takes you to another page congratulating you on becoming a member of the philosophical society. The real reward for beating the puzzle is that you get to join the philosophical society since you get to give them your email. I don't exactly know what benefits joining has, but it might be for people who are interested in science/philosophy or if they want to suggest a new idea to the developers if that sounds interesting.
Problem is with these puzzles that use Birch wood is that I've found that the sliders with teeth and switches are very fussy and even when lined up perfectly won't open/release without jiggling things around which makes things even more difficult.
Good question, I really like cast Loop actually. And also Medallion. Fav puzzle is currently Allard’s Think Sticks. I’ll upload a video of it soon, got it from him in the IPP :)
A puzzle of daunting complexity, well done Greg, for solving and re-assembling. You make it look too easy!
Many thanks!
Thanks for the amazing music!!
Thanks for being an amazing viewer (and maybe subscriber too ;)

Cool! Thanks for sharing :)
@ No problem, I just felt bad that you didn’t get to do the last puzzle so I wanted to tell you about it.
@@endeavor_trevori appreciate that!
@@GregGelf24 No problem! Thanks for making the video!
А с юлой что?
Bought this a few weeks ago and the slider part had me stuck. Couldn't figure out how to read the map thing. It's great and fun to do it backwards.
The slider is by far the trickiest part IMO

@@craigwflysthat’s true. Usually it prevents fluked solutions, but can be a bit annoying
Would be cool if each box had a little trinket inside. Though I would never be able to afford one I enjoy watching them
For sure - you can also solve it and plant a trinket inside for the next solver
What is so far your favorite Hanayama puzzle ? And what is your favorite puzzle in general?
