I have a large bald spot in the crown of my head and the hair around it is longer but thin. I use the Toppik to cover the bald area and style the longer hair over the bald area. With the Toppik and the longer hair covering, you can not tell that their is a problem. Without the Toppik you would be able to see the bald area between the thinner hair. This product has been a lifesaver for me.
