Hello, I am sending compassion to you. Take care of yourself. I can see the difference in your hair from your videos. I have been dealing with female pattern baldness and CCCA since 2015. I have been using Fenugreek spray and Amla powder my scalp on and off for months, but I have not been consistent. I must do better if I want the Fenugreek spray and Amla powder to work.

Amla powder is also really good. Its part of my favorite Ayurvedic herbs. And as usual with everything consistency is the key.
Hi Adede, thanks for the informative video. I am happy to hear that you are feeling better. Unfortunately, I can't stand the smell of fenugreek but I have thin hair and am edgeless, haha. Would moringa alone work? Also are you regularly straightening your hair now? Thanks!

U can also add peppermint essential oil to it which helps ALOT with the smell and also promotes hair growth. Moringa alone is also good. But fenugreek is my main growth aid. No i dont straighten my hair regularly. This is an old video I recorded when my hair was straight.
Hello Ms. Adedé how r you? It's been a while! Thank you for sharing such awesome video as always. I've always told you have thin hair so I love your videos because it helps. I will definitely try this for sure! Once again thank you for sharing God bless and stay safe. 🙏🏽🌺🤗🥰

Hi Adede! I purchased the ebook but noticed that some of the recipes don't have measurements (specifically the one with cocoa butter and shea butter). Can you provide those? Looking forward to starting them!

I need to up my game now! Rice water helped strengthen my fine strands. Time to try something new. Thank you ☺️
Yes rice water did me well too. Only too much of it dried my hair out so now i use fenugreek fulltime 🙌🏾

How long can I store it for? How can I use it?
U can store it for about a week in the fridge. I use it as a hair spray and seal with a moisturizer.
