Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin got great success with it.

I'm a bit surprised that you do the pull-ups and dips with help of counter weights.. Why? I can imagine that you are strong enough to challenge yourself to do them all by yourself.
No wonder the women I see at the gym doesn't lift correctly because they watch RUclips channels on women who doesn't know what they're freaking doing--period!

Me too. You look for workouts and they last an hour, who has that much time?! Anyway the science now is that short and intense is better.

By collar bones, I assume you want to work the clavicular region of the pec major. Good exercises: decline push ups and incline bench press
