    very good I watch these videos while working out, helps me keep going at 70 I need all the inspiration I can get.I also need longer breaks between sets, so watching these videos helps the time pass, between sets.

    This is perfect!! I've only got two days I can hit the weight room. So I have to split the upper body and lower body into to two workouts:)

      This is just superb, been searching for "fitness bodybuilding competition" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Davidbiy Bodybuilder Tipster - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin got great success with it.

      Me too. You look for workouts and they last an hour, who has that much time?! Anyway the science now is that short and intense is better.

    I like when you do pull ups but is better to do at the bar with long resistance band if you are beginner and after without

    I'm a bit surprised that you do the pull-ups and dips with help of counter weights.. Why? I can imagine that you are strong enough to challenge yourself to do them all by yourself.

      By collar bones, I assume you want to work the clavicular region of the pec major. Good exercises: decline push ups and incline bench press

    Many thanks, I have been researching "female bodybuilding workouts body" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Davidbiy Bodybuilder Tipster - (do a google search ) ? Ive heard some interesting things about it and my neighbour got amazing success with it.
