i totally agree but it's not only about that. obviously, nowadays everybody thinks that they are a personal trainer themselves but if somebody doesn't see that doing hip thrusts like thay may cause a great damage to the spine, then they don't have even the most basic knowledge of exercise. it's not about people in the comments, but about the "professional" channel which provides such unreliable content.
Mamajem Jemjt at this point when you have thousands of videos on youtube of how to do exercises with the correct form its pretty embarrassing for you to not notice that she is increasing her risk of injury doing them the way she did in this vid.

You doing a great job keep pushing to be the very best you can if you would really like another great light workout I am a certified strength and conditioning specialist and my main focus is on legs that's my favorite part
I don't see doing so many different exercises does anything more for muscle growth than three good sets of squats and deadlifts, maxing out at 6-8 reps. With good form, actually feeling the muscles involved each time, the muscle growth will come fast.
Kevin Mayer squats and deadlifts don’t isolate certain muscle groups because they are compound movements. She’s a bikini competitor they have to train the glutes and hamstrings much more often to make them bigger than the rest of her muscles. And also women tend to want bigger glutes and hamstrings in comparison to other muscles in their body.

Cheryl 21 she showed leg presses so no need for squats too for quads. Some people cant do squats either, (ie. Back issues, hip flexor issues, etc.) Look at 6 time mr olympia Dorian Yates, he never felt comfortable doing squats. He only did leg presses. Is good if squats work for you tho.
Muscle Man I agree. I always feel scared doing squats because I’ve hurt myself before and I’m afraid it will happen again. The only variation I do are ski squats. Other than that deadlifts, lunges, split squats, and leg presses are what I stick to.
Sarah Ramones i just never gelt comfortable doing squats, and for me, i can put much more stress on just my quads with leg presses. Good luck to you and is better to stay safe and do what works for you.
That is not a sumo deadlift. That is an RDL in a wide stance (arguably "sumo stance" I guess). Calling it a sumo deadlift is wrong. I'm disappointed that bodybuilding.com does not check for misinformation before releasing instructional videos. :/
it is a sumo deadlift? RDLs start from the top not from the floor up. The difference is not about bending the knees, it’s about the starting position and letting/not letting the weights touch the floor.
wtf are you even saying? RDL is NOT "rack" dead lifts. its romanian dead lift. which is a stiff leg deadlift. that what she was doing in the video.......for her hamstrings........
@2:00 my gym's leg curl machine was damaged beyond repair, and the gym hasn't bought a new replacement in months. (so yes, we have a seated extension but no seated leg curl. ALso we never had a lying leg curl one too) What can I do as an alternative to this?
Cabe565 depends on your tempo, rep numbers, and rest periods. Hell, i can take an hour and a half to two hours on just doing heavy days with 4-5 exercises.

Ressistance band messed up my hip. Had to take a break for a week . my thighs are huge the band kept on rolling like a little rubber band kept going and didnt stop then suffered
You look great thanks for the video I do have to say your form is really bad on those hip thrust you're not supposed to arch your back your whole upper body supposed to go with you
don't feel like I'd last long on this workout. Hip thrust, leg curl would already cripple my posterior chain, I wouldn't want to do deadlift after that but if I did there's no way in hell I'd do those leg press supersets or those box step ups etc lol. Would never be able to endure that >.

Maybe it was just for the video instructional purposes, but maybe she also uses different intensity techniques during her real workouts. Try doing just two 45s but do 100 reps or even 50. Try doing 5 second eccentrics and 5 second concentrics and see if ya get 20 reps with even two 45s! Its not all about doing reps the same way everytime you do and exercise. And that goes for any bodypart workout!
We need more exercises that don't include a gym. Not everyone has access to a gym, so I have to skip the ones you do on machines and I hate that because I feel like I'm missing out, so I try to accommodated with dumbbells and barbells at home. I wish you would do some variations where we could do those at home so we know we are doing them correctly. Great video though
The bench is way too high for her. This is a great exercise for building explosive power if done correctly. You can really overload the weight with hip thrusts.
Those r once again very nice exercises. But it's way too much volume. Ppl really working out know it: f e Bulgarian split squats and Deadlifts - that's two exercises - and ur legs r pretty much done. U can throw in one or two more - but that's it. If u do this on one single day u'll pretty much end up doing cardio with weights.

Today everything say form and technique and uses that to.not Go heavy. this is equaly important, especilly If you are natural.
the point is that shes doing the hip thrust wrong you can seriously injure yourself especially when you go up in weight
