It no longer is in the realm of a travel trailer and moves into a whole different ball park. My best guess for this one would be 200,000 possibly more
Well how much does a regular house and taxes for the land you "own" cost. Worse it's stuck there the whole time you pay for it. I'd much rather spend the money on a trailer I can move around when I feel like it.

That first Loft right up the stairs by the kitchen, could be my dinning room. For a table and comfortable chairs. It looks you can stand up and not bump your head. So dinning area/ family room

I already live in a home like this. It’s less than 4 years old and it’s magical. We have it on 65 acres of land so there’s more space than we need outside, which makes a smaller home not a huge deal. The ONLY con is there aren’t enough places to store essentials.
It’s very nice only for incapacitated person need all necessities including bathroom, washer and dryer on first floor and wishfully to find a space for dishwasher, but I don’t like entry door is from glass it’s feels not safe, but can move in right now if I can afford it. Yes it is if you keep a minimal wardrobe. I have a full walk in and I find I only wear a few favorites that fit comfortably and wash well. I could pack everything else away and use that small space
Right? In the camper world we still call them park models and my family has one for a summer home on a private association campground off one of the great lakes. So I know exactly what it's like to "live" in one and the novelty wears off quickly. Especially after several days of rain and you have young kids.😅

We're staying in a mouse infested cheap motel (which is better than living in the car) But they just told us we have to leave by Oct.15-22 It's sad because my husband is 73 y/o, he has 3 herniated disks in his back, plus an amputated left leg. I would really love it so I could go place I didn't get to go when I was married for 43 yrs to a lazy ass man. I would love to have something like that instead of my apartment. One reason I could travel and teach art all over the country. And paint thing I haven't gotten to see. Yet I'm 78 yrs old w. female yes I could have been very happy with it. I would use the bedroom upstairs for all my art storage. And I do have alot of supplies. Perfect to bad I don't have one. And a truck to hook it up to. Would I live good and happy yes.and no one to bother me.
