    Great video on skinning those. Is that a Bubba filet knife, if so, do you recommend them???

      It is... It works good, but doesn't really fit my little viennee sausage fingers very well...

      I use my bubba but with Mr twister flat blades looks like maybe you're using similar?

    Nice video, but I couldn't believe that you wasted the cheeks. A flathead that size has huge cheeks, and their fantastic, better than a Walleye.

      We use the cheeks too! I just forgot to put it on the video!! We love them also!
