I just want to say I’m so glad to see another crafter with a messy craft space lol. I’m a very messy crafter and my turner area is covered with epoxy and glitter everywhere lmao
Just found your channel and I love it!!!! You made my Red Truck that I have loved for many years..even before anybody even noticed it I believe...lol...I will be ordering those cups and making that mug. Thanks for sharing your talent with us. Sending love from Tennessee.
I am going to attempt this next week - how have your lights withstood over time? Do they still work? I’ve seen a few people talk about how you don’t want metal rubbing against the wire because they can short out? I love that I found your channel because you have taught me so much just today!
Hi!! I honestly have no idea if they’re still working today. I haven’t come in contact with anyone who had purchased one of these last year. But I’m so glad you like my channel!!💜
i guess im randomly asking but does anybody know a method to log back into an Instagram account? I stupidly lost my login password. I would appreciate any help you can offer me
@Eric Scott I really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and Im in the hacking process now. Takes quite some time so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

Love this video. I was looking at the drill bit spin and it sure looks like it's spinning the wrong way. I've never seen a fully detailed video like this. I was wondering where the battery pack goes
You are so talented and I love watching you work and also your cup of positivity. I need to know if there is a special bit you used to drill the hole. I am trying to make one but for the life of me I can't get the hole drill. TIA.
Aww thank you so much!! I’m not gonna lie I asked my husband to pick one out and just give me the drill so I have no idea what he picked out😂 I’ll have to ask him tomorrow lol
@@CourtneysCustoms thank you and I'll await the answer. I asked the same question in a FB group and was denied because the tumbler wasn't made by admin. I withdrew from the group, because I believe we are all here to learn. Thanks again.
I know this is an older video but when I am trying something new I always go to your channel. I was wondering how many layers of exopy did you put on in total?
That was the quickest I have ever seen someone apply a waterslide lol. For some reason my waterslides never want to release from the backing..my paper might be old or something lol
@@CourtneysCustoms I have had the paper for over a year ..in the beginning it worked a little bit but now it won't release at all no matter the temp of water. I probably need new paper but I will try again lol thanks for the videos!
Make sure you have a bit made for metal and make sure you are going in the right direction. It looked like you were drilling backwards but it’s hard to tell on camera
When you drilled the hole, did you drill in the black part too? When I go to put the controller in the black thing and twist it on, the lights get kinked and they turn off and on.
@@CourtneysCustoms does drilling even in that bottom not effect the seal? I’ve watched a couple. One lady said it did but I see several people doing.. it sure makes better sense.
@@tinawood5926 I saw on Facebook a lady did an ice test and the cup without the hole for lights the ice was still there the next day and the cup that had the Christmas lights on it didn’t have the ice left in it the next day. I just let my customers know that it’s not going to keep drinks hot or cold as long as a normal tumbler would.
@@CourtneysCustoms your work is awesome I love the glitter ones but being new to making them the first one I did I had quite a bit of bumps from the glitter. Going to try the way I seen you do yours thank you for your reply

Hi,
How would this tumbler be cleaned? If the lights are NOT made removable. Or is this JUST a trophy tumbler?

Haha I loved your video even if you had your drill going in reverse! That's why it took you so long.
Where do u get the tumblers with that compartment for the lights
omg did you mirror image your water slide?...that's an awesome way to apply
Yes! I love doing it that way
Okay, I continued watching the vide6. You do know Dollar store has that make-up brush, squeegee and Christmas lights, right?
Do you think I could cover it with decopauge being I don't have resin or a turner
Would have been nice to see the final result.
I know this is an older video but when I am trying something new I always go to your channel. I was wondering how many layers of exopy did you put on in total?
Well thank you! I would say about 4 coats
I just went to the HOGG website and they are sold out of this particular tumbler. With the straw and the storage compartment, the price isn't bad.
I ordered some today. Check and see, I'm pretty sure they restocked.
I order Hogg from Stainless Steel Depot

Did you notice that drilling a hole broke the insulated "seal"? Thank for video!😊
Nope it still worked great😊
How far up did you drill the hole? I can’t seem to get it right
There part two?
I cannot find those tumblers 🥺
How did you seal your waterslide?
With rustoleum clear spray
Any tips on drilling the hole? I've tried before putting epoxy on and couldn't get through.
It took me like 10 minutes of drilling with lots of pressure

hi love your cup where did you get the svg you stated etsy but what store ?
Thanks !! The shop is called ILWatercolor
What type of superglue did you use?
Loctite
When you drilled the hole, did you drill in the black part too? When I go to put the controller in the black thing and twist it on, the lights get kinked and they turn off and on.
No I took the entire black part off. I just make sure to drill a hole that went into that bottom compartment

What kind of water slide due you use and where due you get it from
I use Hayes water slide paper from amazon
What size is the bit
What do you do or how do you get your glitter to lay flat

Fine glitter lays pretty flat on its own. With chunky glitter I just go through and press it down lightly with my finger

Please check the rotation of your bit. You are drilling backwards, it will go quicker and a lot earlier.
Not criticism at all, I've done it myself. Drill bits cut better, if they are turning in the correct direction. 😑
