    That is NOT how you fit a magnetic flex plate, fit the sticky magnet like that and you are likely to get bubbles under it causing inconsistencies in the plate and causing print issues.
    They should always be fitted starting at one edge and only peel back the backing slowly and you use something to smooth it down as you go.
    Also resin on the screen, even cured, is not cause to replace the screen. Place a sponge on the screen and pour hot water into the sponge, enough to get it wet but not enough to make water run everywhere. Leave the hot sponge on the screen for a little while and you should then be able to actually remove the resin from the screen.
    Alternately you can place masking tape over the cured resin on the screen and literally peel it off.

    Missed the most common fail, bad levelling and incorrect offset. You also can't see a possible pin hole in the fep as it may only become apparent when stressed under use, even putting water in and placing on a paper towel won't discover a hole'
