As the season is coming to a close, I think we need to take a moment to appreciate the musicians, the sound engineers and the entire production crew as much as the singers. It is no easy task to bring a musical performance to an audience with this much clarity and richness.
She has that unique frequency that pierces deep into our emotions, and add her persona on top of that, and you end up in tiny broken pieces :) She's one in a million.

Thanks to Lady Gaga for writing a beautiful song. I find it always subjective to say who is better, I am biased as a member of the NW army... and a Floor fan from After Forever. I find it hard to dispute Floor has incredible technique, years of stage presence, formal training, and a kind personality. She (Floor) will always win in my book - but I tip my hat to Gaga for creating this gem.

They all have been eclipsed by Floor Jansen.
Beautiful list of singers, but you found the the versatile singers from the Netherlands already. Only thing to do dig further in De Beste Zangers(12 years of renditions) or Ladies of Soul ( 6 years of renditions) and to try, the Dutch Symphonical Metal singers. Enjoy and love the music.
I just love the idea of this show. Just listening to masterpieces and great singers. Finally just a show to appreciate music and these singer’s vocals, without making it a competition.

It's incredible how Floor commands the entire room with her voice. I could feel everything in that room shift the moment Floor decided to stand up, even though this was filmed so long ago. Her voice is so intoxicating, you don't even realize you are under the spell until she decides to move, because when she moves, you move, and they did -- when she stood up, everyone in that room shifted their posture, as did I, halfway across the world, and nearly two years later.

With due respect, Floor's version is much better than the original. Floor is just amazing! Thank you for making us hear the original Shallow after years of its release.
It's incredible how Floor commands the entire room with her voice. I could feel everything in that room shift the moment Floor decided to stand up, even though this was filmed so long ago. Her voice is so intoxicating, you don't even realize you are under the spell until she decides to move, because when she moves, you move, and they did -- when she stood up, everyone in that room shifted their posture, as did I, halfway across the world, and nearly two years later.

That was so incredible. So sad that this is the last time we are going to see all of these incredibly talented musicians together. I really wish this show would be put on DVD/Blue Ray for all of us in the US that have to watch, what we can, on RUclips. I love this show and all of these awesome singers!
