If you want to learn how to speak, try to learn from a favorite song or something you like and try copying it. You can memorize whole songs in English and try reciting them throughout the day. You don't have to talk to real people... Don't worry at all about saying "I'm gonna" over and over. I didn't even notice you were saying it a lot until you talked about it. Everyone has specific words that they repeat often. You didn't say anything in this video, but I watched all of it because you're so beautiful 😮

Also immersion is the best way to learn a language, you're actually on the right track for learning from songs and TV shows, that is part of why English is so widely spoken, because English Media can be found in all kinds of places, and when you think about it Immersion is how we learn our native language too (though I can't say much on that because my native language is English)
