@@jaysenpaiX93I know a lotta of old school producers use to put a lowpass right on the exact freq of a kick in an eq and compress that all to shit which might be something but he also prolly made this in frooty loops lol
@@Narokx the mpc's and recording equipment they were using in the 90s made it so the final instrumental was usually heavily compressed, which is why they didnt need sidechain to get that slight pumping effect
