@@obyx8044 on most maps, but on Mirage, where mid is so strong you will never see anyone play it in higher tier games. If you have one player posted mid you'll have a hard time holding it down, and it will 9/10 times end in the Terrorists getting control over connector and short. That leaves a huge gap in your defence of either bombsite. A better strategy is 1 3 1, where one player plays short, one in connector, just like shown in this video, where 3 players have a presence in mid. It gives a hard time for the Ts to get into mid, while also not leaving the site anchors all alone.

When I'm playing as CT I like to *silently* climb up the balcony in A if no enemies are there. After clearing the palace I always go to mid to check for enemies and then to B for backstabbing hehe.
As T? No more thinking. All rush B don't stop.

@@adisharma8609 Lmao, why stop at the molly? Just right click a smoke to stop the fire and keep running. Thing is, when they molly, they don't typically expect anyone to be running through it.
Qotd: I am a dynamic AWPer on my team so when we play I swap Position almost every round on CT. For example Window, Connector, Aggressive peak into palace, peak down A main or hold apps on b.

As someone who's been playing cs for 13 years, it's honestly refreshing to see videos like these.
My mates always go rogue after 1 or 2 rounds. On the T side i like the 1-3-1 setup, i go b and harass the cts and the rest of the team tries to get mid control. The problem is, my mates only do this for 1 round, the rest of the game everyone goes wherever and we end up loosing. Just wish i had people who listen to call outs

Answer for you question:
CT Side- pistol round:
window with flash and usp
mid round (ct) :
smoke connector with one way and get control of mid (all nades and m4a1-s included)
if im low on money (desert eagle) and prefire ramp, or just watch there for info (kills 1 with hs atleast 1/3 of the time)
Last round:
ask for drop depends on weapon but would prefer window to low mid
T Side- pistol round:
classic flash with glock (im a entry fragger so i would follow team and get 1 kill) and if i die i did my job cause they cant retake cause of my flash and player count
Mid game:
probably burst weapon, usually gets 2-3 kills rushing low mid (entry frag)
Late game:
stick with team do line ups no entry frag flash over con and smoke jungle watch ct from tetris with ak, thats basically my job in mirage and im Supreme already in 3months, and has application for Mongolz (my home country's esport team)
I usually rush snipers nest. Hold top of mid. And if i see no action i usually either check tunnel or rotate and hold connector or palace from connector or snipers nest door. If im asked to help at B, i usually hold short from snipers nest or connect through underpass and flank if too late

on CT, playing Jail is crazy when anybody pushes without smoking, you get a guaranteed kill most of the time (if you play your positioning correctly)
I love playing B short; smoking catwalk and jumping on the fence, peeking over the smoke killing the awp
QOTD:I enjoy playing a but i just fill most of the time. I play CS for fun and my friends all only play mirage, lol so i mostly play mirage so thanks.
QOTD: The ninja spots on both sites, the box on B and the ninja area on A. On A, usually on a force buy, I usually get zeus, smoke and mag 7. When the terrorist throw their smoke, I smoke the area between triple and the other box, thereby covering me and when they attempt to plant, I kill them. On B, I just climb that box for zeus kills. It's fun

on T side is so fun as you can normally pick off a lot of people retreating

Qotd: I love playing mid and underpass when I play T, but when I playing CT I always to checking on B site, short, and con. Especially on con I can always get em guard off since they focus on window
On CT I just cant play mid window in early round so any other position would do. Since usually as you say the terrorists come rushing down and teammates are hard to convince to help via short and connector even though it is crucial on higher ranks (LE). I guess everyone feels afraid to be in such positions cuz they are pretty easy to be rushed at.
On T again mid is super OP cuz you can drop a top mid smoke pretty easily and then get rid of the mid window player. Mid retake is pretty hard without good comms which is the norm in MM

CT side triple on A site is by far the best position to play in this map. You can get kills on connecter/short, palace, and a-main.
Yeah but how can you watch all those spots at once? My favorite / strongest spot on mirage is under balcony because I can hear the Ts if they are rushing
@@chuifongtam4703 thats pretty good too but everyone mollies/prefires it in higher ranks by default so I hate playing there cuz i always get killed and only manage to take 1 to 2 guys down with me
connector is the best position, you basically always get some sort of action and you can be quick to the B rotate!

love playing on stairs. You have lots of angles to catch people off guard, even in connector.
Favorite position B short
I like to smoke off ramp as CT when I see flashes and smokes flying. Throw a molly with it and they got nowhere to go. Those that push are easily picked off and if they wait, they wasted too much utility to still execute properly

verrry interesting what you said about ts getting into window being as good as round being lost for CTs. it really justifies why there is a hard to reach jump to get into window for Ts, from a level design balance perspective. most skill jumps on maps are superficial or not that interesting and powerful unless boosted for awp, but on mirage it can be done solo slower than with a boost, and it's a very important part of the map not some weird shooting 1 trick angle. the map might as well revolve around this entire gameplay key point for what makes it so great.
holy shit i think i just found the best mapping hack in cs. i always thought of inspiring from dust2 mid, but when you think of comparing to mirage mid, the only real difference is that double doors turn into this window boost, otherwise, the entire rest of the mid is almost 1 to 1 exactly the same as dust2 mid. sure underpass adds different rotation loops, but other than turning into different callouts and aiming styles, it plays the same when it comes to flow. so now what makes this mid so great? what could we potentially replace double doors and window both with a different element to make a new iconic map of its own category? de_facade did something really interesting with the one way sniper nest drop, but i think it is kinda lost in the vastness of the overall ct area instead of being a choke point on ct and t sides.

I usually camp or rush palace without exposing myself to ramp or stay b-car on the CT side and on T side I try to enter window from under when going apps or going palace and cleaning underpalace and stairs on T side, when going ramp just trying to enter the site without dieing
I like playing a on mirage and also on T side I prefer pushing a. B is a difficult site to push on to as its heavily CT sided
i love the these spots on mirage and i get most kills there: tunnel to conector and A to window
mid to ladders to window to A.
My favorit position is in kitchen, i can easily shoot heads in apps and I can Quickly rotate to CT
qotd: I love playing B on the pistol rounds as ct, because the RUSHians love to rush b, but depending on the mood I either go connector or jungle or mid as ct
Yea I normally love play cat on b just for that reason, when they rush b you’ll be the one getting kills, and when they’re not, you can support mid and be one of the quick rotates to mid or A
I am mostly an A rotator, playing connector. This is because I solo queue and feel that it has one of the most impact

My favourite position on Mirage is probably B, Market it is where I get my most best kill feeds also Snipers Nest or Window.

Something crazy in mirage happened to me, i was anchoring b apartments while i was an awper and 1 guy came in and i no scoped him and i clearly saw the bullet go in his head, after that immidiately another guy came and i no scoped him AGAIN in the head
As CT I like to play aggressively in or under palace, I either stay under palace and nobody checks it for some reason which gets me 1 or 2 kills or I just rush palace with an smg. When I'm playing T however I just scout or awp in palace.

I actually have had more success than failure on CT rushing Palace than the rest of the map. On CT I prefer lurking in Under with a shotty and some 'nades to block off Window and bottom mid
Favourite position of my silver 1 noob ass:
1. Hold B
2. Realise no one's coming bc all the apes are on mid
3. Get behind them.
4. Miss all shots and die.

You should definitely use a bind. Without one the grenade will land in different spots even if you use the same line up
