No bonding between steel and concrete, observed aireated honeycomb concrete because of improper concrete water mix ratio and no concrete vibrator. The existing water can be pumped out easily before proceeding the work. Ofcourse building will fail with 20years due to settlement and shear failure due to action of point loads rather than functioning as distribution load in the footings.
