too good explanation Mr. jagan the steps you show here can be easily understood by anyone who doesn't know anything about construction.. as I m also civil engineer ,at my site many newcomer( freshers ) don't understand what is going on site. and that the main cause today's civil engineer has lack knowledge at site.. they won't try to understand bcoz they don't know anything . but might this type of step by step instructions will grow up their knowledge and should get a keen interest on site..
Manish S More hello manish hey i live in kenya and i study for civil engineer but the problem is in our school they dont teach us practical well they just teach us mainly theory so please i just want to like ask do the newcomers like come as employee or just as students bcoz i normally want to go to site in my holidays but fear that who will give me permission to go to a site and learn there bcoz i am just a random guy who wants to learn construction and the builders will be busy building rather than teaching me and believe me the newcomer you are talking about i am one of them and i don't want to be the guy who doesn't understand about construction
