The removal of forms or de-shuttering for columns, side beams, and shear walls can commence after 24 hours. Slabs (back props) would be 4 days but still depends on your specification. It can be suggested to regularly check your project documents such as the specification and structural drawing where general notes are indicated.

How do you prevent the crack or bubbles when you fill the columns with cement? Do workers tap every sides or use a vibrational thingy?
The crack and bubbles thing is prevented by proper mixing of the concrete mixture and they can use a vibrational thing for a large scale but tamping is suggested for small scale

It will be grate if we work in the idea of selling house ( simply designed and manufactured in bets and pieces ) so the buyers can put it together in 2 or 6 days.then we sending Engineer to make sure it's good installed.

how many month duration validity for rod steal 12mm on rain and Sun sunny....
prevention of rebars from getting corroded needs to be taken care of. You can follow the steps
mentioned below for the same -
1. Rebar should be stacked at least above 150 mm from ground level using wooden sleepers to
avoid direct contact with moisture of ground surface. Also during rainy season, stacked rebar
should be covered with tarpaulin sheets.
2. In places where rebar is exposed for 1-2 months during construction apply cement:water slurry
in 1:3 ratio on rebar surface. This will prevent direct contact of rebar with atmosphere to create
rust. This cement layer is not a waste since it goes inside the concrete when construction
resumes.
3. In case of expansion in future after 2 months you may pour loose concrete on rebar, which
should be demolished off when construction resumes in future. Chip off the construction joint
and resume construction with fresh concrete.

Either below the toilet or away from the toilet depending upon how much land is available.
as per requirement, it must be installed 1.50 m away from the structure. If there are carport are you can install the septic tank there.

I believe all the times reinforcement is prior to shuttering most common you need space for barbending.
offcourse the shuttering line or corner point shall be marked before any activity.

why are houses not built like this?
Genuinely curious as well. Probably brick, cinder block stick frame is cheaper for a 1-2 storey building. where these columns provide a cheaper way to build 5-10 or more storey buildings.
It depends on use as well. It may also just come down to preference and exterior finish. As you can imagine you don't have walls yet after putting up these floors and columns. So for small buildings it is useless to use columns whrn you can have the load carry through the stone, stick frame wall you're going to build anyways. You have to put windows in as well. Most of these are for office buildings with massive glass exterior, siding. For residential construction that's not really useful, needed.

Beam is laid on soil/gravels which is used for side filling and level the foundation..if heavy water force comes then that soil can leaching out which is under the beam.. then walls or upper construction can collapse
Yes, there are ample chances of beam collapse, to retain the soil proper design of retaining wall is to be done.
Yes there is no excavation the gound beam if soil is less bearing capacity and ground water table is near they effect the structure

*Spread the weight of the building from the foundation to the soil*
For small construction it is not recommended to carry out excavation by using JCB as it will increase the cost of construction very vigorously.
