Yes, I follow you, I understand, and I could listen to you all day long! I have all of your books. Currently reading Eat for Life. I’m a working progress. Need to stay the course…eat to live, walk & 3lb weight workouts, sleep well, GBOMBS. I’m 58, breast cancer survivor, BMI 23%. On the right path to drop 10 lbs. Thank you so much for a great video and so much great information!

1 kg is really health weight loss; that's nice slow weight loss. I think that's fast as fuck. Especially to maintain while you're loosing most of 100 pounds or something. I'm somewhat near my ideal weight. And I might be losing that fast - I just learned how not to overeat whole plant foods and to have an early dinner. That was hard - not to eat later in the evening. But just slamming the salads. Lunch is a salad, bowl of soup, and piece of fruit. I don't necessarily even need the bowl of soup. I'm eating a smaller serving than I would've normally. But being pretty religious about the big salad. Dinner is steamed veggies plus soup and fruit. Trying to eat a lighter dinner. I think I'm on good track now. I'm thinking of how much I eat and thinking about when the next meal is - it always seems a little too soon, except for breakfast maybe - I might feel like eating later in the evening, but it's very comfortable and manageable now. I use to think of what I'll eat for breakfast. End up eating weird breakfasts. Today it was split pea soup. A few days ago it was a big bowl of lettuce with blueberries, lemon, dates, pecan, apple chopped up in a bowl. I just stuff my face with lettuce. And after chewing that to a liquid take a bite of the blueberry stuff. Or maybe a nibble while I'm finishing the lettuce bite. That's like a desert!
