I really appreciate this video where Dr. Fuhrman tells his story and emphasizes how to end our salt, sugar, oil, and other food addictions; just stop 100%. Don't try to just ease off. It doesn't stick. I must DO IT!
So interesting ! What a great interview . Helping me to keep on track with a healthy lifestyle at 68 yrs old. Not easy to leave gluten behind. I’m still working as a nurse. How I wish I could be in San Diego , I love it there. It’s such a happy healthy community there

Many say don't trust dr.fuhrman but I say don't trust anyone else . He is the most influential doctor I know and must be respected! 👍
