Day 1 of RENEW. Excuse me for being too personal. Last October, I went into a bad relapse and being in this pandemic, I didn't have access to my usual emotional support. Being a people person, everything turning online just made it worse. Before I realized, it was already too late. When I realized, my life was already a mess- got an E for my prerequisites that I can't retake until next semester, which delayed my graduation, which resulted in me losing my scholarship; skipping work, promptly got me fired from a job; cut ties from friends, which made me even lonelier. I knew I mess up a real big time. I seek out help, but it took me months to recover. I am still recovering now. This month, I'm thinking of doing yoga again to help me cope, and the theme couldn't be even more fitting that it feels like fate. Thank you so much, Adrienne. No words can describe how grateful I am to you. I hope, I can last the month, and by the end of April, feeling myself renewed. ☺ Edit: Thank you so much for all the supportive comments. It means a lot to me. 😭 Telling the story here was hard, I did not expect my passing comment will get some attention. Thank you so much. I will surely surpass this! 💪

It’s really hard to do but you’re doing it. I found yoga truly helpful for my mental state. You’ll get to the end of the month, don’t put pressure on yourself to do it everyday (though that would be amazing). If all you can do one day is take a breath, then you did yoga. Much love, namaste 💛

Showing up for myself was the biggest breakthrough in my wellness journey. For the longest time I was only showing up for my workout partner. 'Myself' simply was not a good enough reason, and that's why nothing worked before.
I loved the January "Center" series and kept going in February but unfortunately struggled to show up for myself on the mat towards the end. I'm here to remind myself that its okay to pick myself up and keep going. "Motivation" March is exactly what I need. Let’s do this one day at a time. Sending you all good vibes today :)

Adriene, I began watching your videos 2 and a half yrs ago, when I was in a stressful job & wanted to try yoga. I was hooked instantly, & practiced with you daily. I left the corporate job... and 2 and a half years later...I am currently in Yoga Teacher Training. I graduate in January 2017. I know we have never met, but you will never know just how you have changed my life. I am forever grateful to have stumbled upon your channel all that time ago...& I still watch every new video. I first thought names like "Yoga for Anxiety" and "Yoga for Confidence" were just names given as clickbait, but they do exactly as promised. I don't get how that works, but I go with it. I used to use fitness apps for workouts, but as my spiritual and physical needs change, I seek more "down-to-earth" approaches and Adriene's videos are just the right guide for me. Thank you.

Day 2 of Courage, it’s that loving yoga quickie again ! “The one with the fly” 😂 This practice is slow and strong, short and sweet with the best cool down ever with a bit of yummy core too low to the ground. It gives me a real feel good factor. See you tomorrow for Day 3 ? 🧘🏼♀️🧘🏻♀️🙏💞

Day 2 of COURAGE. I did this as soon as I woke up, so I don’t get lazy and put it off. Day 2 was a huge success for me! Honestly, I feel so good. I could literally feel all my body parts waking up, and I got a deep stretch which energised me for the day.
Celebrating Day 100 of YWA - a 2020 New Year's resolution that has put me on a new path - and this at 69 years of age next week! It's definitely a work in progress with balance and "hops," but strength and agility have improved so much. Heartfelt thanks, Adriene!

April 2021 I complete one year of doing YWA! Started yoga when the lockdown hit last year. Adriene, I wish you knew what a blessing you are to all of us. My mental health would've gone for a toss if I didn't have you. You've helped me get rid of anxious and negative thoughts and your voice saying "let go of what no longer serves you" helped me when I got an anxiety attack 2 months ago at a local market - one of the many incidents where tools from your videos helped me. I don't know how I would've kept sane during the horrible pandemic without you. THANK YOU! A huge thanks to the YWA community too, it feels like we're never alone and we've got each others' backs :')

Senior arthritic yogi, feeling rather inflexible today, but again this short sequence never fails to keep me positive. It slowly loosens the joints in a mindful way and with your little but essential refinements along the way, I use the inner core to give me strength. Adriene you are the master for all yogi levels 🙏💕 As of 2 months ago, I loved the yummy twists in forward fold and core work on our backs. I always love Yoga Rinse because it’s such a beneficial practice, leaving me satisfied and only 17 mins ! Although, this senior yogi finds the high lunges a bit of a challenge, as long as I get my knees comfy, it’s all good breathing deep. Then I love that wide legged forward fold, twisty and stretchy, followed by that little yummy core work ☺️ a most satisfying and relaxing end to our sequence. Usually I do yoga when my baby takes his afternoon nap. But today I woke up alone, before my husband and son and got on the mat. Wow there is something so special about yoga first thing in the morning. I think I will continue morning practice this month! Day 2 of Courage🎉
Starting “Renew” on April 1st with the “bad juju” of more strict lockdowns here in Europe over Easter. Started the practice with a frown, ended up with a smile ☺️. I can feel the love! Thank you Adriene!

Just completed Motivate Day 1 March 2023. Brand new to yoga at 65yrs on Day One of Center and today was Day #59 with the goal of reaching 365/365 days straight barring anything unforseen. Doing and feeling a lot better than week one, but have a long way to go to get to where I'd like to be.
I have followed Adrienne's calendars pretty much to the day for the first 3 months of this year and I want to say thank you SO much, I look Forward to the sessions and Adriennes positive encouraging vibes to help my day! You are amazing!!

I also started this in January and have NEVER had any consistent exercise or self care practice until now. (Almost 60 years!) I'm thankful for Adrienne and YWA.
I also started in January with Move. I am loving my yoga sessions with Adriene and all the other yogis around the world. This practice is making such a difference to my physical and mental well-being. I look forward to my time on the mat which is about this time each day. Like others have said this is such a positive and gracious community and Adriene is a gift.
This just may be my favourite practice yet! It felt so easy, even though there were some moments that required energy and effort. It just felt like exactly the right balance of everything I needed. And the time flew by, I did not even stop to think about the time once throughout the whole practice. Wonderful start to Motivate, Day 1, March 2023!

It has been 2 weeks since my last yoga practice. I have changed my home. The people and the environment are totally different. I bought my first yoga mat and it seems to be very comfy and helpful. My knees seem fine with this mat. For the first time, I am watching yoga videos by phone. Before it was always by a laptop which was more comfortable due to the big screen. I felt how much I've missed doing yoga. It was in front of my mom and sort of the first time in front of her or anyone, to be honest. It was cool! So happy to get going again!!
Day one, RINSE, and be sure to try the 'switch' 🤪. At 6am and on old bones I bypassed 'switch',(it is April fools day after all lol) My intention is to make my mat daily throughout April. Thanks Adriene and my Kula buddies. ❤️🙏

I did it in the morning too! Feel so much better after insomnia the past few nights and not resting well. Just enough heat to feel energized but with lots of stress relief ❤

Motivate day 1. March 2023. Long day at work, then I took the dog for a walk before the light was gone. I needed this yoga practice. Meditate day 28. November 2022. Doing this very late in the day after a busy day at work followed by travel, for a stressful day tomorrow. Love this practice and really needed it tonight.
A bit shaky however I find my BREATH as I BRIDGE myself w the practice and MOVE onwards to RENEW Yahoo! :) Namaste to all practicing and sending out April spring vibes from Singapore!
Process Day 9: I'm trying this first thing in the morning for the Process calendar. It's good to learn about this yoga rinse, which could be beneficial at the end of the day as a stress relief. I'll have to keep this in mind for times when I need it.

My face definitely got a RINSE from my tears haha. This morning, I have been strangely feeling sad. I went to bed last night, so exhausted I could cry, and I woke up feeling the exact same. I realized that there were anxious feelings getting in the way of finding a deep rest. I went into this practice with the hope of accepting that "Everything is as it should be." And I came to realize that I was feeling the weight of many expectations that I hold for myself. Trying to let go of all of that is difficult but so needed. I love you, self. It's okay to be where you are and be as you are. Trust in the process. Good will come. I'm really grateful for the timing of the topic of RENEW this month. It goes right in line with Easter and the celebration of Jesus Christ's resurrection. He lives! And because He lives, I can start again; begin anew.
Sept 2021 Reset Day 17 This practice wrung me out like a sponge, in a good way :) The juicy twists felt amazing on my sore body. Heard a few satisfying pops in the lower back during the supine twist at the end. Saving it as a post-long-day-at-work stretch practice :) If you are practising this today, I hope it brings the same relief and lightness in your body and mind. Namaste.

With this New Moon, I am coming back with my heart full of hopes and prays to be able this time to follow this Refresh Journey - along with all these amazing people who are showing up (and sometimes struggling too to show up) ! Day 9 NURTURE! Well, I am here on the 8th. I needed a short practice to rinse away what has been a trying week with dad's passing. This went by so quickly but it felt good!
I was not feeling well so was kind of in doubt if this practice is right for me. But after doing this, I am calm and relaxed. It has taken away a good amount of stiffness in my body. 🙏🕉️🌼🌅
Courage, day 2. With a whirlwind of both personal as well as national stressors, I've decided to recommit strictly to the ywa calendar! I've been following the calendar since January of 2018 with TRUE, but I typically jump around and sometimes do random days. This month, I'd like to focus on committing to the calendar how Adriene and her team curated it to help focus my mind and my yogic energy on being courageous. I'm ready. Namaste!

Day 17 Reset, I felt a bit sluggish before the practice, I dragged myself to the mat, now I feel much better by gaining energy! I think it was proper practice for me today and I'm sure if it was another practice which needed vigor I would stop in the middle of it! Namaste❤
I was feeling low these past days and didn’t have energy to do anything and today in COURAGE calendar this practice was given and lemme tell you I feel really better now. Thank you so much Adrienne for helping me get strength and energy and get better as well. Love from India 🇮🇳

I never did yoga until Covid when I discovered your videos and they have been a godsend. My husband died on 7/13/21 at age 76 following a tragic bicycle accident. Doing yoga with you is helping me cope and I thank you.
I started doing YWA last September and it really helped me with my anxiety. I did it until March, following her calendars or doing the 30-day journeys from the past, but then life got busy again and I let my yoga habit go for a bit. But now after 3-months, I'm ready to start this PROCESS again! Thank you Adriene!

Day 2 of COURAGE. I did this as soon as I woke up, so I don’t get lazy and put it off. Day 2 was a huge success for me! Honestly, I feel so good. I could literally feel all my body parts waking up, and I got a deep stretch which energised me for the day.
I've just done Day 2 of Courage after work as incentive to finish on time. It's great and it's lovely to know other people are doing it too.
Celebrating Day 100 of YWA - a 2020 New Year's resolution that has put me on a new path - and this at 69 years of age next week! It's definitely a work in progress with balance and "hops," but strength and agility have improved so much. Heartfelt thanks, Adriene!

I've been doing Adriene's Yoga practices for a few months now, but this is the first time I'm doing a YWA calender in the designated time. I'm really looking forward to experience this journey together with so many other people in this awesome community!
April 2021 I complete one year of doing YWA! Started yoga when the lockdown hit last year. Adriene, I wish you knew what a blessing you are to all of us. My mental health would've gone for a toss if I didn't have you. You've helped me get rid of anxious and negative thoughts and your voice saying "let go of what no longer serves you" helped me when I got an anxiety attack 2 months ago at a local market - one of the many incidents where tools from your videos helped me. I don't know how I would've kept sane during the horrible pandemic without you. THANK YOU! A huge thanks to the YWA community too, it feels like we're never alone and we've got each others' backs :')

Senior arthritic yogi, feeling rather inflexible today, but again this short sequence never fails to keep me positive. It slowly loosens the joints in a mindful way and with your little but essential refinements along the way, I use the inner core to give me strength. Adriene you are the master for all yogi levels 🙏💕 As of 2 months ago, I loved the yummy twists in forward fold and core work on our backs. I always love Yoga Rinse because it’s such a beneficial practice, leaving me satisfied and only 17 mins ! Although, this senior yogi finds the high lunges a bit of a challenge, as long as I get my knees comfy, it’s all good breathing deep. Then I love that wide legged forward fold, twisty and stretchy, followed by that little yummy core work ☺️ a most satisfying and relaxing end to our sequence. Usually I do yoga when my baby takes his afternoon nap. But today I woke up alone, before my husband and son and got on the mat. Wow there is something so special about yoga first thing in the morning. I think I will continue morning practice this month! Day 2 of Courage🎉

Just completed Motivate Day 1 March 2023. Brand new to yoga at 65yrs on Day One of Center and today was Day #59 with the goal of reaching 365/365 days straight barring anything unforseen. Doing and feeling a lot better than week one, but have a long way to go to get to where I'd like to be.
I have followed Adrienne's calendars pretty much to the day for the first 3 months of this year and I want to say thank you SO much, I look Forward to the sessions and Adriennes positive encouraging vibes to help my day! You are amazing!!

I also started in January with Move. I am loving my yoga sessions with Adriene and all the other yogis around the world. This practice is making such a difference to my physical and mental well-being. I look forward to my time on the mat which is about this time each day. Like others have said this is such a positive and gracious community and Adriene is a gift.

This just may be my favourite practice yet! It felt so easy, even though there were some moments that required energy and effort. It just felt like exactly the right balance of everything I needed. It has been 2 weeks since my last yoga practice. I have changed my home. The people and the environment are totally different. I bought my first yoga mat and it seems to be very comfy and helpful. My knees seem fine with this mat.
For the first time, I am watching yoga videos by phone. Before it was always by a laptop which was more comfortable due to the big screen.
I felt how much I've missed doing yoga. It was in front of my mom and sort of the first time in front of her or anyone, to be honest. It was cool! So happy to get going again!!
This was the second time doing this video. It is a little bit harsh on the knees but doable. I am feeling shaky sometimes.

I did it in the morning too! Feel so much better after insomnia the past few nights and not resting well. Just enough heat to feel energized but with lots of stress relief ❤

I've been showing up EVERYDAY this month, I'm so happy. I'm gonna do tomorrow's practice today and today's practices tomorrow! I'm gonna go out and i have a lot of time to use :)
Motivate day 1. March 2023. Long day at work, then I took the dog for a walk before the light was gone. I needed this yoga practice.
Meditate day 28. November 2022. Doing this very late in the day after a busy day at work followed by travel, for a stressful day tomorrow. Love this practice and really needed it tonight.
A bit shaky however I find my BREATH as I BRIDGE myself w the practice and MOVE onwards to RENEW Yahoo! :) Namaste to all practicing and sending out April spring vibes from Singapore!

Process Day 9: I'm trying this first thing in the morning for the Process calendar. It's good to learn about this yoga rinse, which could be beneficial at the end of the day as a stress relief. I'll have to keep this in mind for times when I need it.

My face definitely got a RINSE from my tears haha. This morning, I have been strangely feeling sad. I went to bed last night, so exhausted I could cry, and I woke up feeling the exact same. I realized that there were anxious feelings getting in the way of finding a deep rest. I went into this practice with the hope of accepting that "Everything is as it should be." And I came to realize that I was feeling the weight of many expectations that I hold for myself. Trying to let go of all of that is difficult but so needed. I love you, self. It's okay to be where you are and be as you are. Trust in the process. Good will come. I'm really grateful for the timing of the topic of RENEW this month. It goes right in line with Easter and the celebration of Jesus Christ's resurrection. He lives! And because He lives, I can start again; begin anew.
I have been practicing every (almost!) day since January 1st 2021. Thank you Adriene. I am grateful for you.
Sept 2021 Reset Day 17
This practice wrung me out like a sponge, in a good way :) The juicy twists felt amazing on my sore body. Heard a few satisfying pops in the lower back during the supine twist at the end. Saving it as a post-long-day-at-work stretch practice :) If you are practising this today, I hope it brings the same relief and lightness in your body and mind. Namaste.

Dear Adriene and the beautiful FWFG Community, I enjoyed so so so much the journey MOVE in January (I still cannot believe I've made the 30 days! it felt just incredible) but with my newborn beautiful baby (she is 5 months now), I didn't allow myself to find the time and space to continue... With this New Moon, I am coming back with my heart full of hopes and prays to be able this time to follow this Refresh Journey - along with all these amazing people who are showing up (and sometimes struggling too to show up) ! I was not feeling well so was kind of in doubt if this practice is right for me. But after doing this, I am calm and relaxed. It has taken away a good amount of stiffness in my body. 🙏🕉️🌼🌅
Courage, day 2. With a whirlwind of both personal as well as national stressors, I've decided to recommit strictly to the ywa calendar! I've been following the calendar since January of 2018 with TRUE, but I typically jump around and sometimes do random days. This month, I'd like to focus on committing to the calendar how Adriene and her team curated it to help focus my mind and my yogic energy on being courageous. I'm ready. Namaste!

Day 17 Reset, I felt a bit sluggish before the practice, I dragged myself to the mat, now I feel much better by gaining energy! I think it was proper practice for me today and I'm sure if it was another practice which needed vigor I would stop in the middle of it! Namaste❤
I was feeling low these past days and didn’t have energy to do anything and today in COURAGE calendar this practice was given and lemme tell you I feel really better now. Thank you so much Adrienne for helping me get strength and energy and get better as well. Love from India 🇮🇳

I started doing YWA last September and it really helped me with my anxiety. I did it until March, following her calendars or doing the 30-day journeys from the past, but then life got busy again and I let my yoga habit go for a bit. But now after 3-months, I'm ready to start this PROCESS again! Thank you Adriene!
