    🔑 Tip 1 - Protein Intake:
    Aim for 1g of protein per pound of your target body weight. For example, if your goal is to reach 140lbs, aim to consume 140g of protein spread out over 3 meals. This helps preserve muscle mass and keeps your metabolism active.
    🏋️ Tip 2 - Resistance Training:
    Incorporate resistance training into your routine at least 3 times per week. Make sure the weights challenge you; they shouldn’t be so light that you could easily do 10 repetitions and then another 10 immediately after. Strength training helps you build muscle, which is key to boosting your metabolism.
    😴 Tip 3 - Get Enough Sleep:
    Sleep is crucial! Aim for 7-8 hours per night. Without enough rest, your decision-making ability declines, leading to poor food choices, and you’ll lack the energy needed for your exercise sessions.
