    I couldn't find a food diet that would allow me to lose and keep off the weight. It wasn't until i started fasting for 3 days at a time for about 6 months until i started noticing a difference. My blood work came back better, i felt more energized, and by fasting my stomach shrank so i couldn't finish all of my food even if i wanted to. I lost 45 pounds (i started at 150) and kept it off, its been 2 years since then. I hope this helps others as well. If fasting is too difficult, i recommend the keto diet. It didn't work for me but it worked for my friend who has lost and has kept off 120 pounds (he started at 260). I hope this helps, don't give up, take care of yourself and those around you. 💕
