I had water all over my mirror. It was a mess
There is definitely a trick to it. We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth prior to turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at 1-800-525-2774.
Me too, I started choking on the water and quickly removed the device from my mouth only to end up spraying the electrical plug on the wall and the mirror and wall. Mess is right!
Onggg
Literally why I’m here 😂😂😂
Saaaaameee. I was like this CANNOT be right 😭 my 4yr old fussed at me for making a mess all over the mirror, counters, walls 😅
My initial review: I just got one and it makes a complete mess and the water tank runs out in about 15 seconds. It takes me multiple refills to get one session done. I honestly will only ever use it in the shower and it won’t ever replace flossing for me.
Edit: please see the follow up below. While it took some getting used to initially, I have learned to really enjoy the product!
We're sorry you are not satisfied with your unit. Our Cordless models are designed small as it is intended more for those who travel and for those with little counter space. Some users may find it necessary to fill the reservoir more than once. However, we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you would like more information, you can email us at smreviews@waterpik.com or call (800) 525-2774 for assistance.
@@waterpik That was my initial review. Since then I have learned to love it and use it multiple times a day. In hindsight I should have used it longer before leaving a review. I will probably get one with a larger tank soon. Thanks for following up!
@@robl39 Thanks. We appreciate your feedback. Glad to hear you've gotten the hang of it now. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at 1-800-525-2774 or email smreviews@waterpik.com for assistance.

I have the Waterpik Water Flosser Cordless 2.0…how do you know it is charging? And how do you know when it is fully charged?
The charge indicator on the handle will flash when charging and will turn off when fully charged. Charging will stop automatically whenever the batteries are full and when the batteries need to charge the charge indicator will blink 3 times to indicate the model should be recharged. If you need more information, please call us at 1-800-525-2774.
Just bought one for my braces plug it in and it shoots 10feet across the bathroom on the wall and roof😂😂
Any idea how clean the water tank? I have used it for a year and the water tank is covered with green stuff inside. There appears to be no way to open the water tank and rinse it thoroughly..
The water reservoir is removable for easy cleaning and is top rack dishwasher safe. If you need more information, please call 1-800-525-2774.
The scrub brush every store sells for bottles. It gets in there
how do you floss the inside of your teeth with this?

Brand new Waterpik WF10... Disillusioned: Very painful to use, lots of bleeding when using on 'soft' (far too strong!), worried wobbly tooth will be come even loser. It is definitely not gentle on the gums...blood all over.. afraid cannot use this ;(
how do I drain the water from lower compartment of my waterflosser ???
Mine doesn't have a charging port but requires batteries. I'll have to look at it again. The battery compartment doesn't open. I might return it to the store.
To unlock the battery compartment, twist the battery door left from the locked position to the unlocked position and pull the battery door away from the unit. If you still need assistance, please call 1-800-525-2774.
ot doesnt seem to work better than floss
I have use water flosser omg it does work to remove plaque from ur teeth. I will buy upgrade water flosser.
Why not use my car washer? It has more pressure
how come cordless can't use salt water?
You can use a saline solution with a Counter Top unit. We do not recommend adding this solution to a Cordless unit as it can reduce performance. Just remember to run clean water through the unit after each use to flush any residual additives out of the water pathway.
ok but how can recuce performence only for Cordless, are materials different?@@waterpik
