I ordered a couple of G Shocks for myself for Christmas and I wear an F-91 every day at work. I love Casio. The fun and nostalgia simply can’t be beat. Thanks TGV!

😀 Didn't even grow up in the UK, but I had family that traveled alot so we saw Argos catalogues yearly. The watches, toys and gadgets like compass sections were my favorite (favourite 😉)
When growing up in the 80s and early 90s we couldn't get enough of new digital functions from our Casios. Funny how - now that everything is digital - the mechanical wristwatch remains a stronghold of purely analogue technology and Casios seem to evoke nostalgia at least for a part of GenX and early GenY folks.
Casio has the right amount of digital functions. Enough to be useful and precise, but not to saturate your attention with silly features you'll never use.
Personally I think one of the best watches ever made is casio a158. It is easy to read, super lightweight, have the most needed functions and a comfortable bracelet. It is very reliable, they even write you cant break this module in any way. I heard that a railroad worker, who by the way later became a master watchmaker, had some casio watch running extremely precise, at several seconds a year, without any thermocompensation. Even the railway station itself checked time by his watch
Welcome back Hugo! I see he found a friend!! I was worried he had been captured during one of his escapades and turned into [gasp] luggage. The DW-290 is as close as you get to a G-Shock without being one, a much lower price; well worthy of being on your list. Its predecessor, the W-740-1VS, is an interesting piece, smaller and not quite a square, but not very round either, with a 1970's TV style look to them housing the same module. Just snagged one with the newer 3231 module, apparently quite uncommon. Very glad to see you included the AE-1200WH World Time. It is one of the most feature packed with an outstanding display layout and intuitive operation among their sub-$20 squares. The A158WA came as a surprise with its abysmal backlight. It's the F-91W in chrome plated livery with a folded link stainless steel bracelet. The very slightly larger (but not by much) A168WA would have been a better choice with its EL backlight, a quantum leap over A158WA backlight for a dollar or two more. The Duro is an interesting analog diver. It has a Miyota 2115 inside using a 377 1.55V Silver Oxide cell. That was a surprise upon opening the back. It is, in effect, a Citizen in Casio clothing, highly unusual for a company that makes its own countless movement modules by the many millions annually. If you open one to change the battery, which will happen more often with a 377 cell, you'll see a white plastic nylon (??) movement cover and spacer that provides shock protection. There are sapphire crystal mods, and from what I've seen popping the mineral one out and pressing in a sapphire replacement is a relatively simple process if you have a proper inexpensive press for it, although I'd want to research the water resistance a bit more to ensure that can be maintained. The DW-5600 became the overwhelming watch of choice for soldiers and marines, enlisted ones in particular, when it was released in 1987. Its price combined with being very nearly indestructible was invincible. It was the watch that went to Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and has remained the watch of choice since then. There were many videos on RUclips with soldiers and marines deployed to the Middle East severely abusing them in all manner ways during their down time, as a challenge to see how much one could withstand. Walter White's geekness with his Pontiac Aztek missing a hub cap and his science teacher attire down to his shoes, was punctuated by the CA-53W databank. Ask a Singapore man who has served their National Service since the early 1990's what their watch of choice is, and the nearly universal response is the F-91W. It is to the Singapore armed forces what the DW-5600 is to US soldiers and marines. If Kikuo Ibe is credited with creating the G-Shock, Ryusuke Moriai, the F-91W designer, should be credited with making them iconic as the primary G-Shock graphic designer. My two favorite Casio digital remain the 6-band radio sync solar GWM-5610 and GW-6900, both above the $50 threshold here, but directly related to the DW-5600, and a long discontinued J-50 Jogger (aka Running Man) bought new in 1982 with its extremely easy to use stopwatch and timer. While well outside the price ceiling here, my other favorite Casio is the analog Edifice EQS500DB which you've mentioned in at least one video a couple years ago (mine is on steel). It rivals a much more expensive Seiko Coutura solar world time chronograph I have. A review on the Edifice would be very good; it is an amazing value for all its features. An excellent discussion about all seven with superb information about their histories. Well done!
I myself wasn't much of a Casio fan until i started watching your videos, but after some time i started to see the beauty and fun in these simple but righly rugged Casio watches. My collection right now have more Casios than any other. Watches like these are indeed very cheap and very basic but sometimes you just cant put price on the great memories they make... Last year i think i gifted one of my oldest friends, who's definitely not a watch guy, with a very simple but highly practic Casio F91-W for christmas on one of our last skateboard sessions before the holidays, and the way his eyes gleamed as he said "it was just the thing I needed, man!" was just priceless. Indeed, he was after a watch as a practical alternative to always having to get his phone for the time and I came just at the right time with the right piece. As always, thank you so much TGV for excellent videos like these, that shows that fun and passion are a fundamental part of this amazing hobby as searching for rarities and grails. The grail are the friends we make along the way, after all =P Happy Hollidays, TGV! Cheers!
A million thank yous my friend for the kind encouragement. That gift you gave speak volumes about you, stay classy my friend. Onwards and upwards. Best regards, TGV
Finally something for my kind of budget! Casio, I can't get enough! Thanks so much! Amazing intro as well! Casio models in my collection: F-91W AE-1300WH AE-1000W DBC-32-1AES G-Shock GW-M5610 G-Shock GBD-800-1BER (my most recent purchase from October 2020).
Casio was what started my love for watch collecting for sure! There's a lot of great affordable options for someone just getting into the hobby. The Databank line will forever be my favorite!
I used to use the F-91W as my sleeping watch so I could see the time easily when I wake up during the night. However, even though it has the green led backlight, it's still a struggle to see the time so I upgraded to the F-105. It's almost the same watch as the F-91W but with a full display backlight and it's possible to find it at around 15€. Best casio watch in my opinion!
Number 4: The Duro is a fantastic beater watch. It was my first Gentry Inspired purchase. I gifted mine away some time ago to a friend of mine whose watch fell apart at work. I can testify to the fact that this 44mm watch will not bend nor break. I would love to get a smaller version.
I would appreciate If you list the watches in the description below the video! Love the episode! I added recently G-Shock DW5600E-1V to my collection , wear it every day and I absolutely adore it.
DW-6900 has been my beater for the past 20 years. Thanks for the video--using it to decide which watch to get my 12yo son for his first for Christmas. Have it narrowed down to either the F91W or the CA53W.
This video brought back the nostalgia! I have so many fond memories of Casio in my childhood :) from the first digital piano I ever played on to my parents alarm clock - and of course my first f-91w my mom bought me. Awesome content, stay safe!
The three-eyed monster is my favourite since I bought it in 2005. The G-Shock DW-6900. I've replaced the decayed resin bezel and the straps and several batteries. The curved resin straps, the durability and the Illuminator backlight make the watch perfect. It's extremely comfortable, large but light and very ergonomic.
I have 7.25 inch wrists, and I wear the black F-91W as my daily work watch. I have 25 watches of various makes, models, and sizes. But the F-91W is my most worn and "Go To" watch ! ( Note: I wear it on a black Royal Air Force strap.)
I have four of these. I started collecting this year and began the hobby by finding this channel and learning as much as I could. The calculator is my favorite. I always wanted one, but for some reason my parents never would buy me one when I was a kid. So now I have it and love it so much. I feel like a cool kid.
The MRW200 is a favorite of mine. The bezel is useful, the day/date complication is easy to read, and it looks great. The strap is unbelievably soft and comfortable.
Glad to see Hugo back and demonstrating such useful talents. I too love Casio. Among my several G-Shocks it has to be my DW5600 at under $50 that fits this list. Just an awesome timepiece even forgetting the price.
I never had a thing for casios, but some months ago, low on budget, I fell in love with the w800. I'm wearing it for work most of the time and it's awesome.
You can easily get a new one every month, but if they are $10 to $30. You will have hundreds of dollars in Casios. It defeats the purpose of a fun cheap Casio.
Finally some love for watches that everyman can own. Oddly enough I own 6/7. Out of all the watches I own it's when I wear a Casio that people will interrupt what they are saying to comment on my watch. It just doesn't bring watch lovers back in time but it brings everyone back who remembers the 80s and 90s. Great video! More of these please.
The A-168 appeared in 1996, and its distinguishing feature from the A-158 is the EL electroluminescent panel. Timex launched EL in 1992, Casio had their "Illuminator" in 1994. These are two watches that stood the test of time, out of a sea of similar but different Casios. There was an A-150, A-151, A-152... A-160, A-161, A-163... The A line dates back to around 1980. That's what Casio does, they keep iterating on an idea, and if a watch resonates with people, they keep making it - in 10 different colors. Casio's been making dive watches since the mid 80's. They used ETA movements on some in fact. There were a bunch of resin watches, but also a handful of full steel options. Some were shrouded ala the Seiko Tuna, look at the MD-703 and MQD-3000W. The men's MD and ladies LD line began in the 80s, some were titanium, some were 300M of W.R. - of only a handful of 300M watches Casio has ever produced. Starting in the 90s, the MTD/LTD lines appeared, and the MDV line appeared in 2005. There are literally hundreds of watches among these lines. The Casio calculator lineup precedes the Databank, starting with the C-80 in 1980. They sold nearly 50 different calculator watches in the early 80s. Their distinguishing feature was that you could use them without a stylus. They had a feature called "FTS" or "Finger Touch System". If you press two buttons at the same time, the upper one is the one that registers. One of these calculators was the first Data Bank, the CD-40 / CD-401, released in 1984. What makes a data bank a data bank is the ability to store information, like phone numbers and scheduled events/appointments. That was an amazing feature through the 80s and into the 90s, replaced eventually by the PDA and the ubiquitous cell phone. Casio lumps the CA-53W together with databanks on their web page today for simplicity, but it's not really a Data Bank. Marty wears the CA-50 in BTTF, the CA-53W hadn't been released yet. The DW-5600E-1V is the full model name for the standard black model from 1996. "1V" is the color code, and it's safe to drop it if you're talking about all the watches as a whole.
You have no idea how many of us can relate to your micro machine comment. LMAO. Just gave mine to my 4 year old, he loves them. You were a badass on the playground with a databank. Favorite casio, MQ24-b9.
Hugo’s back! And how! This has to be my favourite intro. Say hello to the best watch channel ☺️ Casio was my first watch crush as a teenager. It was cool and modern. I still have my original Casio from the 90s in my possession. A real treasure. In your video the World Time is my favourite, followed by the F-91W. Great video, fantastic editing.
Hello GTV, another great video 😃 I mostly wear the G-Shock GW-M5610 and the Casio Royal which is just the fun watch. My situation is, I can’t use the alarm or signal functions on either watch!!! I just can’t hear the alarm until I have the watch right up to my ear. My question is, are there any models in this style and price range that have a louder sound to the alarm ? Hope you or someone can help, Regards, David 😃🇨🇦
Thank you very much for the recommendation of the F-105, it looks like a great choice, and has a very good water resistance . Thanks again, Regards, David 👍👏😃🇨🇦
YESSSSS!!! So true. John Candy was brilliant. Very observant, it was indeed a gold Piaget, you could not have more of a contrast. Thank you Owen, great comment. Best regards, TGV
I missed this in my feed! Massive fan of the smaller casio's especially in gold but I still wish they'd release a proper full metal, 10bar, sapphire version in those classic sizes! Happy new year everyone 😘
I had a few Casio watches over the decades starting in the 1980s when I didn't have much money, they were my only watch... er.. watch. Some broke or got lost and even stolen but all of them were ultra reliable. In recent years I've started to get some of the re-editions of the originals. Now as before they are still good honest reliable pieces, I even graduated to the G-SHOCK sub brand but the originals still hold a fond place in my memory when I was young when they were my single point of getting the time, reliably. It's great to see Hugo back for the intro, nice one TGV.
I 100% agree with your take, currently I have the a159, b650, w217, and of course the f91s. I'm new on this watch hobby even though I grew up wearing watches. There is just something about these Casios which you can't resist
@@hugomountbatten4017 Oh don't be so modest , you very well deserve the credit , I'm not the only one saying that you know . There's a bit of a word going around on youtube about your performances . Watches will come and go, tastes will ebb and flow, however one thing I do know, a Casio is one I will always own. Superb video, but then again I am biased, being a child of the 80s I love retro digital and Casio as a brand 👍
I own the Casio World Time, Casio CA53W (both old and new versions) and the F-91W is being delivered tomorrow. I love the simplicity of these watches and love wearing them all the time. Might sound strange but they bring me more joy when wearing them than my Omega Seamaster.
6:53 just bought the world time this morning from Walmart for a beater watch for work best watch I could find at Walmart cheapest watch I own and I love it
The Casio Databank was actually the first watch I've ever bought with my own money. I remembered my dad wearing an older version of the Databank when I was a child. I happen to come across a redesigned Casio Databank at a jewelry store one day, and since I needed a watch, I had decided to purchase it. Its more than affordable price was just no question. Plus, I was never good at math, so the calculator was the best "complication" !
i recently got the g-shock GW-M6510-1ER for work, and i love it. Not only because it can stand punishment to the end of time, but because it also looks cool too!
Actually the A158 and A168 are different watches. The latter is slightly larger and thicker and also has a better backlight. It also comes in the "regular" color, not just the gold. That is the A168 depicted at 8:20.
I love Casios. I have the blue Duro (a stunner on a bond NATO), the F-91W (reminds me of the 90's when I wore one daily), the DW 5600 (wear it often) and have a Casio Royale on the way. Looking forward to adding it to my Casio collection.
I have the iconic F91 W and the AE 1200 WH Silver, would love to add a calculator watch to my collection as well. Love the Casio's, a nostalgic brand. Awesome video 👍😊
Wonderfully done, as always. Been wearing my DW-290 every day since the pandemic began and it's the perfect go-to beater. Also own the A158, the Duro, and, of course, the F91. Excellent review of these reliable time pieces!
Great vid as always! I would’ve DEF added the SS A700W-1ACF‼️💯🔥It’s the “elegant” F-91W ultra slim with the bright orange “world-time” backlight. Keep it up!👍
To enjoy this hobby of watch collecting is to have an appreciation for all watches. This video took me through my childhood seeing all the watches I once wore. Now I need to repurchase them. Great video TGV!
I picked up a couple of these over the past year, and I’m really happy with my purchases. I have my first G-Shock coming, a square with negative display. I’ll see if I like it or if it goes back for a regular DW5600
Greetings from west yorkshire, just wanted to say i'm a newbie to watch collecting and this channel, but i have to say i am massive Casio fan, its what brought me here, i have everywatch in this video apart from the newer W-218H which i'm now going to have to buy because as a 34yr old man with large wrists i think its a must, the f91 has always seemed small on me but i loved it too much to not where it. i have a few actually in different colours. Anyway i'm so glad i found your channel, looking forward to watching the rest of your videos! stay safe.

I gave my 6yr old son my f91 for his first day of school last year and he hasn't taken it off. He showers with it and plays rough. And it's still working.
The hardest rock climb on the planet, was named La Dura Dura. It's located in Peramola, Spain. There's a great documentary on it, featuring Chris Sharma and Adam Ondra.
New subscriber and I have just binged most of the videos back to back. Absolutely love your passion. Really good reviews and history as well. I've had a small collection of Spaceman Audacieuse watches over a few years but I know nothing about other watches. Trying to educate myself pretty much from scratch. Your channel has helped very much. I've just bought a Citizen Nighthawk and I have a feeling this is going to be the start of a much bigger collection.
I can not get enough Casio videos. My favorite is the A158WEA-9CF. Silver with the gold face. It’s the perfect do it all watch on a budget in my opinion.
The Casio Royal on a steel bracelet is what I wear the most. Comfortable in the summer heat of Florida and great for travel. 10 year battery life. I work on both coasts and have family in the Midwest as well as Berlin. Great to keep up with everyone.
Ah! You just had to do it...you dropped this vid (Chef's kiss quality) I've bought a Tissot lady for my Fiance that arrived today.. So much watch action! She's asked me what I'd like as one of my Christmas presents, this vid sealed the deal! Casio world, absolute classic. More of these vids please and also... 🤔 Video's about ladies watches and how to buy. After looking on RUclips for decent reviews of ladies watches, it's a barren landscape..... Your lady sounds very knowledgeable, I'd appreciate that angle on female watches for the guys that want to bring their other half's into this wonderful world.
My 7.75 inch wrist loves my Casio F-91W. I have a fair little watch collection, and my love for watches is know among my friends. They see how I light up taking about homages to older eras of design, or to my vintage pieces, or my latest woefully out-of-reach obsession. But it's when I talk about the F-91W that they kinda get it. Both in terms of my emotions about watches and what they mean, but also actually going out and buying one, and using it to spend time away from much more connected time keepers. It's the AK-47 or Volkswagen Beetle of watches in a way. It's time keeping, genuinely accurate time keeping, for the masses. It's honest, reliable, affordable, keeps better time than the worlds more ambitious mechanicals, and shows that elegance and ingenuity doesn't have to mean expensive, that there is an art in a well designed mass produced product, and it's worth respect. It's a contrast with so many cheap and poorly designed production line menaces in so many fields. And for that, I love it. It's the Seiko 5 of digital watches.
In my Casio Watch Collection, I have one of my everyday use, Casio Duro, resistent and sophisticated Diver Watch, and the Casio AQ-230GA-9BMQ, so elegant watch for many occasions. Got try both of them. Great affordable watches
I found your videos while searching for tactical G Shocks for small wrists. My son just graduated MC Bootcamp and he had asked for a G Shock. Your videos are so informative as well as narrative voice being very therapeutic, if you will. So , which watch would you suggest purchasing.
Hey Urban Gentry, posted that in one of your previous vids but... Do you know where i can get an Wired Solidity AGAM 404 fixed outside of Japan please?
I own 5 Casios and my favourite and go to is the F91W. It was my first ever watch as a kid. My dad had one and got one for me, I never took it off. I own one now as an adult and it's my daily beater watch when I go to work.
Great video! Especially with the current climate budget videos are very nice to see....... ever think about revising the best watches under 200-500 series? Would definitely be a must watch for me and I bet many others!
I love casio watches. I’ve originally bought two A158’s for work, ones still unused because the first one has been faultless after all these years. I’ve also got an A168 which I love for its slightly thicker case, an A159WGEA-5 (love the wine red and gold combo) and both the gold and silver databank DBC611’s. I recently bought the A159WAD-1 with the two little “natural diamonds”. I love how the face is cut to give it a diamond style as well. And finally I received a new G7900A-4 as a gift and I love love love it! Anyway that’s my Casio appreciation rant over haha.

Well done!
I wear a F-91W everyday.
I sleep with my F-91w because of the alarm
@@angelgarza4410 same here!
Love mine and filled it with mineral oil to swim with it.

W86 is my night watch. Backlight!
Couldn't click fast enough... excellent vid and as always much love
Thumbs up doesn't begin to suffice for an episode like this. YT needs a GOAT button.
You're absolutely killing it. The intros are hilarious and your information is valuable. Thank you!
The grail are the friends we make along the way, after all =P
Happy Hollidays, TGV! Cheers!
A million thank yous my friend for the kind encouragement. That gift you gave speak volumes about you, stay classy my friend.
Onwards and upwards.
Best regards,
TGV
I really like my G-Shock 5600E. The addition of the solar feature makes this one the perfect Casio for me.
Finally something for my kind of budget! Casio, I can't get enough! Thanks so much! Amazing intro as well!
Casio models in my collection:
F-91W
AE-1300WH
AE-1000W
DBC-32-1AES
G-Shock GW-M5610
G-Shock GBD-800-1BER (my most recent purchase from October 2020).
Casio was what started my love for watch collecting for sure! There's a lot of great affordable options for someone just getting into the hobby. The Databank line will forever be my favorite!

Eu Gosto muito dos Casio Melody e dos Casio Game com joguinhos
Wearing my Casio F-84W on my tiny 6.5 inch wrist - LOVE IT!
I’ve actually still got my Casio electric organ from about 1985 & it still works. My boys play with it now!
I have a Casio Marlin from approx 1980s. I think the model is W35. I won it in a sailing race and loved it. It’s now part of my collection.
It's hard to believe you've got me hooked on these classic Casio timepieces with one video but how can it be denied? You're a master of exposition.
If you still looking Casio DBC/DBX/DBM you can find on E.T.S.Y in FancySoapShop. All models are working and in good conditions.
The MRW200 is a favorite of mine. The bezel is useful, the day/date complication is easy to read, and it looks great. The strap is unbelievably soft and comfortable.
I just bought a Casio DW2910H Absolutely love it.
Glad to see Hugo back and demonstrating such useful talents. I too love Casio. Among my several G-Shocks it has to be my DW5600 at under $50 that fits this list. Just an awesome timepiece even forgetting the price.
I have owned so many Casio watches and I still want more!
I think AW-80 family are also brilliant pieces to own, Thanx for this nice episode!
Best intro yet, TGV! Great choice for this particular video. Love it!
I never had a thing for casios, but some months ago, low on budget, I fell in love with the w800. I'm wearing it for work most of the time and it's awesome.
It shows the year
Collecting Casios is equally rewarding and addicting :D
If you still looking Casio DBC/DBX/DBM you can find on E.T.S.Y in FancySoapShow. All models are working and in good conditions.
Very inexpensive to buy.
I have to admit, I have recently gotten into watch collecting, and the DW 290 is one of my first purchases...I love the look of this one
Ah Casio. A watch any gent can be proud of. When I shoot trap and process fire wood, there is nothing better

You have no idea how many of us can relate to your micro machine comment. LMAO. Just gave mine to my 4 year old, he loves them. You were a badass on the playground with a databank. Favorite casio, MQ24-b9.
I can't stop laughing just watching Hugo! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hugo’s back! And how!
This has to be my favourite intro. Say hello to the best watch channel ☺️
Casio was my first watch crush as a teenager. It was cool and modern. I still have my original Casio from the 90s in my possession. A real treasure.
In your video the World Time is my favourite, followed by the F-91W.
Great video, fantastic editing.
That intro must've taken some effort. 10/10
Try the F-105. Super loud alarm. It's essentially a F-91 with a way better backlight.
Thank you very much for the recommendation of the F-105, it looks like a great choice, and has a very good water resistance . Thanks again, Regards, David 👍👏😃🇨🇦
*Love* that Planes Trains Automobiles scene lol! John Candy modelling his Casio on his arm was brilliant. (Steve Martin wore a Piaget?)
YESSSSS!!! So true. John Candy was brilliant. Very observant, it was indeed a gold Piaget, you could not have more of a contrast.
Thank you Owen, great comment.

TGV

Yes, a Piaget.
I missed this in my feed! Massive fan of the smaller casio's especially in gold but I still wish they'd release a proper full metal, 10bar, sapphire version in those classic sizes! Happy new year everyone 😘
Finally a Watch that I have! The Casio Calculator.
I love the Casio F-105. Better constructed than the F-91W and with a great light. Looks better on the wrist than in pictures.
I 100% agree with your take, currently I have the a159, b650, w217, and of course the f91s. I'm new on this watch hobby even though I grew up wearing watches. There is just something about these Casios which you can't resist
Hugo shooting with the AK47 is hilarious man I choked with my food hahahaha
@@hugomountbatten4017 And very well done indeed , we can truly feel a sincere emotional attachment to the character . Bravo !!
@@hugomountbatten4017 Oh don't be so modest , you very well deserve the credit , I'm not the only one saying that you know . There's a bit of a word going around on youtube about your performances . His face was so great
As a big bloke I often wish I could wear some of my vintage casio collection using the original straps.
Watches will come and go, tastes will ebb and flow, however one thing I do know, a Casio is one I will always own. Superb video, but then again I am biased, being a child of the 80s I love retro digital and Casio as a brand 👍
Thank you Chris, I am right there with you my friend. Well said, I could not of said it better.
Here's to us children of the 80s!
Best regards,

I NATO'd my CA-53W and it's been my favorite beater/work watch for months now. The 20mm lugs are also a bonus for picking new straps.
Dw5600 for me. Greatest watch ever made and yes I had the older screw backs...lighter stronger and a better back light
TGV, Love watching these videos, I watch them while I work, just bought my first DW-5600 and FW-91 based on your recommendations!
In Portuguese, "duro" also means hard. Greetings from Portugal
!
Thank you, brother

I own the Casio World Time, Casio CA53W (both old and new versions) and the F-91W is being delivered tomorrow. I love the simplicity of these watches and love wearing them all the time. Might sound strange but they bring me more joy when wearing them than my Omega Seamaster.

Don't forget to outfit it with screen protector and bullbars
@@entertainme7523 where do they have them at?
This intro is an instant classic!!! Wrist watch check DW290 😎 (Max@Job 3:14)
Got my F91W on deck. Looking at the black mudmaster. Holler.
The gwg-1000 is really good
I have the iconic F91 W and the AE 1200 WH Silver, would love to add a calculator watch to my collection as well.
Keep it up!👍
Watching this while wearing a F-91WC is pretty fun
I now own four - all thanks to TGV! Blue Duro and the G-Shock are sublime. Excellent video as always. Bravo!
Adding “licious” to the end of any word is perfectly acceptable.
In other words, acceptablicious.
To enjoy this hobby of watch collecting is to have an appreciation for all watches. This video took me through my childhood seeing all the watches I once wore. Now I need to repurchase them. Great video TGV!
Absolutely love the intros!
I picked up a couple of these over the past year, and I’m really happy with my purchases. I have my first G-Shock coming, a square with negative display. I’ll see if I like it or if it goes back for a regular DW5600
I’m looking to find something in life that I can do with the passion that TGV has in making these videos. Quite inspiring.

Anyway i'm so glad i found your channel, looking forward to watching the rest of your videos! stay safe.
Duro in spanish means hard as well as in italian. Saludos desde Puerto Rico🇵🇷. I Love your videos mate 💙🤙🏻

I can not get enough Casio videos. My favorite is the A158WEA-9CF. Silver with the gold face. It’s the perfect do it all watch on a budget in my opinion.
I love me some Casio! Had them since I was a youngster :)
The Casio Royal on a steel bracelet is what I wear the most. Comfortable in the summer heat of Florida and great for travel. 10 year battery life. I work on both coasts and have family in the Midwest as well as Berlin. Great to keep up with everyone.
I ordered 7 of each. Came out to $777. I’m feeling lucky baby.
Retrolicious (sp?) Like it! I purchased a 5600 AND a Duro based on your review in 2017. Blue Duro this Christmas. Thanks for all you do!
