So many variations of this dish. The most common recipe uses sour cream instead of the cream cheese, and no bacon. I saw one that added the bacon and what appeared to be a little over a cup of shredded cheddar. I think a little can of diced green chilies would be a good addition.
looks like- 1 box of Jiffy cornbread mix or any 8.5 ounce box 2 eggs 1 can of creamed corn 1 can of regular corn drained 1/2 stick of melted butter 1- 8 ounce bar of cream cheese (softened makes it easier to mix in...) Combine and Pour into a 9x13 dish Then bake at 350 for 40 min Oh she added bacon too but I dont like mine with bacon in it! Plus pork is not safe for human consumption!! lol
Hi, I loved your video! Can you please list the ingredients? some of them I don't think I've used before, so couldn't figure out what they were. Thank you :)!
I find this amazing how she discovered adding cream cheese in corn casserole. I have been eating corn casserole with cream cheese since the early 90s. So glad Katcipp invented this amazing ingredient.
You should try korean-style they use a bit of mayonnaise and mozzarella cheese with spring onions. I didn't know that this was an infomercial so bye bye
One piece of advice... if you are serious about your cooking channel, tie your hair up before you start cooking.... you used your hands to pull your hair out of your face 5 times, which I fine unsanitary and took away from the recipe. That is why wearing hair nets is required in commercial kitchens...
Thank you, I'm making this now in Agency Iowa. Smells great, looks fabulous!!
Here it is Nov 2020 and I just came across this recipe. I can't wait to try it for Christmas dinner.

Did you butter your dish so you get that outside crunchy part..
Yes. Butter, shortening, or spray. This keeps it from burning and sticking on the bottom.
Did you quit making videos? I was looking and all were from a while ago. I hope not because I liked you so much that I shbscribed
