Hey everybody!
At the end of every cooking video it used to say "Houseboat Built by Horizon Yachts". They have since went out of business! So we re-did the end of all the videos to simply say "Hey Thanks for watching" That kind of stuff. After we got all the videos uploaded we noticed we missed about 7 or 8 videos and had to re-edit those. We also wanted to change the title of some from boring titles like "Corn" to "Great Corn Casserole" etc. You tube won't let you just update a video. When you change anything it assigns a new link so we had to delete the old ones and repost the new ones... as well as remove them all from pinterest then put them back on because if someone clicked on the old one it would just say "Video removed by Owner" that kind of stuff. Sorry about all the re-posting stuff ... we are done now with all the fixes and will double check everything before posting it so it will be done right the first time. Steve
I think like biscuits broke up or derky onions would be good in it. Derky onions on top or biscuits broken into pieces and lightly pressed into mix. I love these recipes rip we already miss you
Sounds great!
New to this channel and have watched a few videos and subscribed. I am sorry to hear of Steve's passing. He seems in the videos like he was a kind person. I am glad for the recipes he shared. He certainly gave good recipes and cooking inspiration in his videos. Thanks for keeping the channel up.
Thanks for the sub! Before he passed away he had made 307 recipes for this channel!🙂
I have also made a similar dish with the Mexicali corn and a package, you know, those small boxes, of Jiffy mix corn bread. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean. I make this for Thanksgiving and never have left overs.
Love love the way you presented and explained your recipe! One in a million...
Thank you. Steve passed away Dec 2018
For those who don't like so much heat, I have made this with Green Giant Mexicali corn.. It is wonderful !!!
Me assuming Florida sweet corn 🌽 😋 my bad, can corn. Shawn in Ohio, thanks 😊
Please take me to a family reunion Sheila ! I can drive down close, would love the experience and to meet you, no expectations from each ! Is your mom still around ? I hope so 🙏🏻 Steve looks great in this video 📹 having hair, I'm glad he grew in, show it ! 💅👍✌ 1st I've seen with no cornbread mix ? Have to dodis
Great recipe. You said 2 1/4 stick butter, what you had on the plate looked like 2 full sticks which is actually 1/2 not 1/4. Which is oi. I would like to make it.
1/4 It is really good! Unfortunately Steve passed away December 29th 2018.
@@CookingwithShotgunRed OH MY WORD!! I'M SOOO SORRY. . 😞 I've made many of his recipes. As a matter of fact I still use the same corn pudding recipe that I learned from him with the jiffy corn mix. And I still make those little bagett appetizers. I will still value his recipes.
i wonder what happened to their houseboat?
We sold it to someone that moved it to Arkansas.
So where is Shot gun red at ?
