- A perfect game day snack that will have you going back for more! Boudin & Crawfish mixed together and formed into balls and then deep fried. Even though I've been eating these for many years, my inspiration to cook these today was a sort of celebration of the New Orleans Saints VS Atlanta Falcons game! Geaux Saints!

Nice work, buddy!.
Can't get crawfish up here but I'm gonna give that a go with shrimp and see what happens
Yay! Geaux Saints! They sure won, Talk About Good! Thx for posting, and Louisiana crawfish... All The Way!
Yummy
Hey again Bro, Yeah i have had a channel for awhile now..even though now i don't really sculpt much. I am into crocheting and scrap booking more. But, it is fun to see how many people sub to it Lol. I really enjoy your cooking shows..i can tell you love doing it too. I understand about the emailing it is hard to find the time. I hope one day y'all can come for a visit. It is so beautiful..we have snow today..looks like a winter wonderland. I am looking forward to your next video :)
Than you for your thoughtfulness in sharing 😎🌈🌺🤙🏽
I always wanted to know how to pronounce boudin. I have been calling it BOO DIN. Its BOO DAN! And you can't find it anywhere in South Florida. craw-fish tails are few and far between too! Thanks and this looks great too. Thumbs Up !
I think you're right, Rus. Zatarain's seems to be as close to Cajun as we can get up here. But I'll keep an eye out, these look GUUUD!!!
Thankfully I can find both here in AZ
Although I'm way up in Canada where boudin and crawfish are non-existent I still loved this video because it reminded me of my favourite place on earth: New Orleans. The recipe looks amazing and I'm thinking about how I could adapt it with shrimp and home made boudin which reminds me of a French Canadian dish called cretons. New subscriber - nice to meet you!
I am definitely trying this recipe and my mouth is already watering just thinking about the results. Being from New Orleans, I grew up eating boudin and I am crazy about it. Can’t get it in California so I will be trying my hand a lot at making this recipe. Thank you so much for sharing your recipe.👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
I just tried these and omg delicious!!! Tfs .I added a little Tony's to mine .
Glad you like them!
Looks good! And must be, the saints won!
Them Boudin Balls are looking fantastic, I had the crawfish one's when down JB's from Tony's Seafood,Yum! I can get The Big Easy Brand up here but its frozen. We have Goetta here in Cincinnati, its like boudin, sausage, steel oats, spices all mixed in together. Its really good too.
Those look so good I am sure that I could go through a dozen no problem!
Thanks! They are really good, and I'm starting to crave them again :)
Thanks, they are really good and addicting lol
Yes we go to the Rouses in Long Beach,MS alot and I go by the one in Slidell when ever we drive over to pickup powerball tickets it is a truly amazing grocery store.
Thanks! And yes they did! That really made my day :D
Those things looked great! Never had em' but I'd sure like to give em a try!
Well thank you! And thanks so much for subscribing! I really appreciate it :)
WOW, that looks amazing. Just added to my list of recipes to try. Well done brother!
Oh heck yeah! That sounds really good!
Thanks and yeah they are pretty darn good! Give em a try one day! I think Rouses's sells the boudin with the crawfish already added in. There is a really nice Rouses in Slidell, LA and also a few here in Mississippi. I go to the one in Ocean Springs on a regular basis
Awesom crawfish balls
real good idea enjoy the video
Thanks Greg! Boudin is a Louisiana thing, but pretty common in Mississippi as well.
Man I know those must have tasted fantastic
They are really good, and I know you can get the stuff to make them in LA! Lower Alabama ;)
Thanks so much for the comment, and I'm sorry it took so long to reply. Been a crazy week of overtime, and haven't had much time to get on the computer. I love New Orleans too, and I love the culture of south Louisiana. I'm only 80 miles from New Orleans and go there every now and then. Nice to meet you, and thanks so much for subscribing to my channel. Much more coming :D
Thanks so much for the comment! Boudin balls are a real treat! I would love to try the Goetta you mentioned! Sounds really good :)
Been so long since I've eaten them, I had forgot just how good they are. Thanks for watching Dan!
Thanks Joe! Man these things are awesome! My wife ate 3, and I ate the rest, lol ;)
I was some what hesitant about even posting this video because I knew that both products are not available in many places, and by making the boudin yourself, a simple recipe would then turn into a recipe that would require a lot more work and time, and most people that are able to buy them, already know how to make it, LOL, but perhaps someone can get some use from it. Thanks so much for watching and commenting :)
Hey Bro, Just subscribed to your channel..it is great!! The crawfish boudin balls look delicious. I have never had those. Sure made my mouth water though..Keep up the great cooking :)
Looks just wonderful I am going to make this !!!
Thanks, and let me know how you like em :)
I will do that !
Love it so much I subscribed, lol
Thanks, they are the Boudin bomb, lol! They were so good, and it's been so long since I've had any, so I made sure there were none left ;)
Yes they are :) Thanks for watching!
Here in Louisiana boudin is at dam near every gas station I like mine stuffed with mozzarella cheese but definitely great snack on the go.😁
Thanks John! I've actually thought about doing a grilled version of these. I'm sure the results would be good. If you can't find it, then maybe you could mail order some. Never had them with cheese, but being the cheese lover I am, it sounds like it may work ;)
They sure did, and I hope they do again today! Sorry, I just now found your comment, and I always try to comment back to my subscribers. Geaux Saints! :)
Ahhhh, I love hearing from another Who Dat fan!
Who Dat is right, lol! Getting ready to watch em again here in about 30 minutes :D
Thanks, just a last minute idea I had for some football munchies ;)
Those look really good :) I haven't seen Boudin around here (Western NC) but I will look a little more closely for it next time I'm in the store. I wonder how those would cook on the grill instead of deep frying? Also maybe with a little cheddar added :) Cheers!
Rus, those aren't Louisiana crawfish. It says right on the bag "product of China". The Boudreaux's brand is Chinese. Just thought you'd like to know.
Yeah I figured that out about 9 years ago lol
Wayne Lee’s did have some good Boudin balls... Loving this video from Pascagoula
Pascagoula is my hometown! Thanks for watching. Always great to hear from a local!
Smoky Ribs BBQ Yes I am too, born & raised. At 40, still here lol
Can you please make a video on how to make boudin homemade? We can't find it in ohio. Thanks for a great video hun. 😀😀😀
I actually did that a few years ago. This video will show you how to make homemade boudin for making boudin balls or you can stuff them into sausage casings. It's a pretty good recipe too. :) Let me know if Channing likes it. ruclips.net/video/Q2otR_xgALg/видео.html
Smoky Ribs BBQ & Southern Cuisine we will go watch it now.
Hey Kathy! I didn't know you had a RUclips channel! Thanks so much for subscribing to mine. I'm going to sub you right now! I would really love to get out to Idaho to visit you and Skip! I've been meaning to email you back, but there just isn't enough time in a day anymore.
I bet they would be out of this world if you stuck some pepper jack or jalapeño cheese I'm the center.
