I tried Lauren Giraldo’s treadmill routine for a week, to find out for myself what all the hype is about. Is the 12 3 30 treadmill workout the key to Lauren Giraldo’s weight loss transformation?
Lauren swears by the 12 3 30 treadmill workout and say’s it’s changed her life, so in the same of getting back on track with my diet and workouts, thought I would give it a go!
The 12 3 30 treadmill workout is Lauren’s own creation and is pretty simple to follow:
Set the treadmill to 12 incline, 3 speed for 30 minutes (or as I found out 4.8km/hr))

Hi, I am Cara - I make videos to help keep me accountable on my health and weight loss journey. But it’s not all about losing weight. Yes, I want to get to a “healthy” weight but I also want to have a healthy mind and good relationship with food. So, I thought I would film and share this struggle with you. That sounds really tough. I do love my treadmill in the wintertime. I did go on a 72 minute walk around the farms today. It was rough.

Yeah they’ve slowed but Europe is on the up again with cases so I think we are kinda expecting a second wave. Glad all is progressing well with the wedding x
