I hit my 30-day mark yesterday, and my results are pretty dang good.. I feel so good. The best I've felt in a long, long time. Combined with clean eating, it will work.
Fat 6.1 300 dude here. Bought a treadmill just yesterday. Watch your video … tried 12 incline 3 mhs . Almost died after 8 minutes 😔 gonna practice till can handle 30 min
I got used to 12 incline for 30 min by going up to a 12incline during the last few minutes or so in my cardio routine. Example you can do a 8 incline for 27 minutes and and do 12 3 minutes do that a couple of times then try 5 mins 10 ect ect until you hit the 30
you can’t just go to 12 and 3 right away! i am a younger girl who does sports and it was hard for me too!! i had to work my way up :) you’ll get it soon!!
Work up to 3. Start off at 2.5 and then increase gradually over a few weeks. Take small breaks to catch your breath and jump back on. Remember we are all different heights and legs are different lengths. It takes time to adjust
I was feeling so gross to so I finally joined a gym and am loving it and now I can’t get enough of it lol 😂 I just overall feel better and am changing so many bad habits. I also feel like I can eat whatever I want now and not feel crappy afterwards cause I’m making sure I get exercise. I don’t need to lose anymore weight I’m so skinny but I want to lift weights to build muscle.
My workout 10 mins- 3.5 mph 3 incline 10 mins- 2.5 mph 3 incline 10 mins- 3.0 mph 3 incline 15 mins- 2.5 3 incline I started a couple days ago will do this 7 days a week
I tried this almost with 6 incline for 30 minutes, 3 days a week for a month, I also did intermittent fasting, cut bread, greasy fat and sugar intake. I weighted 140 lb and now I went back to the doctor and I lost 7 pounds. I dont restrict myself, but no longer crave sugars. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 It is not a lot of progress but I feel great! 😅 btw I am 5.2 feet
U dont need to cut out any food…just incline walk 30 mins a day & eat at maintenance calories n u wil lose fat..i ate ice cream, bread & lost fat because i tracked my calories
Wow, congrats... that's awesome. A progress is a progress, no matter how big or small. I think I will follow your style with the workout and intermittent fasting (which will be harder than the workout..lol)
I see a difference! But definitely you will feel the difference as you're moving your body. For someone who's weight has fluctuated since my teens for various reasons and has struggled to stay consistent with exercise, once you start to FEEL better, stronger and happier, the results will begin to show on the outside and you will want to keep going. Not for anyone else but for you x
I start at 4inc. and bump the whole way up to 12 over the span of 20-30 minutes I'll stay on 12 for 20 minutes than slowly decline back down staying at a comfortable speed for me of 2.6 mph I stay walking for 1 hour and 5 minute cooldown
I didnt start this journey thinking I would document it and I’m not a content creator, so forgive the differences. But check out the 1 year video i posted last week!
I did this routine for one month and half. First week, hahaha might be hard. Once you have mastered with it. U might addup more speed or incline. I lost 2kg by doing this. Ps: i slightly dont control my eating. But its work. If u combine with a good eating habits and exercise, u might get ur ideal body weight
@@Crazycooco im 160 i wanna drop 20 would u say 30min is enough or that i should do more i dont have a tread yet just asking cause i plan on buying and do u think a electric is worth it or better to get the old school kind
Improvement yes, but 12 incline is too high. It will ruin your knees. Anything above 8 I'd say will cause knee pain at a slow to moderate speed like 12 inc 3 speed. I also started this and knee pain came in as well in the second - third week. Then right now I'm at 8 incline 4 4.5 speed for 20 minutes or higher if I'm in the mood. That's much supportive on your knees
Your case is a perfect example of "listen to your body". Maybe one day you will be able to get above 8 incline comfortably but if you found out that is your pain point and exercising below it works just fine, go do you. It's not a race. Just do what works best for you and allows you to keep coming back.
I just started on the treadmill at planet fitness. I choose Cardio I try to click the incline to that but it never stays machine wants to detect my heart rate and when it reaches a certain peak it goes down.. anyone know how to make it stay?
You still have to exercise despite the surgery?! If the point of the surgery is a quick fix, then why get it if you still need to put in the work? You'd do better to just go to the gym. You're going, surgery or not.

Fascinating
I did it for a month. Like 10 years ago carrying a 25 lb plate lost a lot of body fat and won a competition at our local gym!
I've been using a weighted best but you really don't need too.
You did it pre or post workout?
He is also a male. 😊.
Improvement for sure good stuff
Thank you for the encouragememt

12 incline hurts my lower back
Work up to 3. Start off at 2.5 and then increase gradually over a few weeks. Take small breaks to catch your breath and jump back on. Remember we are all different heights and legs are different lengths. It takes time to adjust
Also focus on your breathing, controlling your breathing also helps you push further.
I did it years ago.... But did 15/3/30. Best thing ever and no diet change (just don't binge). Congrats!

10 mins- 3.0 mph 3 incline
15 mins- 2.5 3 incline

I like this❤
I might try this myself
I lazy so just
3.0 miles 15 incline 30 mins,
When and if I get the hang of it then I increase the time and put on weight for the arms and legs
The difference between the before and after is amazing!!
Bravo, keep it up!
You dropped this 👑
so proud of you, im just starting out on my treadmill
Thank you

Yaasssssss Grace 🔥🔥 I have an event 5/31 soooooo ya know what … I’m doing it also
I’m doing the 12-4.8-45 one since 3 weeks. Absolutely love it!
I started a week ago, since I do it 3 times a week I will do this exercise for 1 hour not 30 minutes.. wait for me🧘🏻♀️ ( 62 killo and 160cm)
So how was it?
started this 2 days ago to break a plateau. Lost about 3 pounds in days! Absolutely crazy the difference raising the heart rate another 20bpm.
12 in line is so hard lol I can barely even do 6😅
weak lmao
Keep going King, u got this💪
If ur incline is lower just go faster than 3 speed
I am working my way up. So far I’m up to 9 incline
@@rahatkarim1427 No need to bring someone down 🤷♀️everyone is different you judge mental jerk lmao
Good result after 1 month
If my treadmill doesn’t have incline, what changes should I do? Faster speed or Longer minutes?

dope!
Unrelated but you have such beautiful rosy/glowy skin!
Thank you! I might take better care of my skin 😅
This is good
notice how she puts her arms up in the second picture. This changes the shape of the body to look more slim. Very misleading video

Is this effective for overweight people who are endomorphs?
Nice Job!
Your arms are raised in your "after" picture... It's not the same pose/position.
Yep, I noticed that
We need the same position..
👏👏
We need to see it side by side

I set to 15 instead of 12, the change is huge
Awesomeeee🎉
Where are the dumbbells and bench press equipment
Before workout or after workout we can do
Wow 5 times a week is a lot but I’m making sure I work out either every other day or every day doing different things. Gym one day, yoga the next, etc
Did you change your diet as well?
Is it necessary to do this empty stomach??
hi what other exercises could i do for most fat burning.
Lifting weight
skipping
Walking
HIIT exercises and really any cardio
But you’re stretching your arms upward in the second photo ?😂
You raised your arms far higher in the “after” which would have lifted the belly up.
why do you care
@@cigarify We "care" for the same reason you clicked the video, because we want to see real and legit results.
Amazing! Did you track your calories too?
She is holding her breath too
How much do you lose
What is this challenge? What does 12-3-30 mean?
12 incline, speed 3 for 30 minutes on the treadmill 😊
Am i the only one that has a stability issue. Im always almost falling sideways
My treadmill only goes up to a 10 incline
Same, ours would be 10-3-30 lol
@@PlantifiedAdel Exactly 😂😂😂😂
Thats good still to burn alot
@@cmoneytheman Trust me it does. I usually only do 10-2-30 because of my knee but that burns 300 calories.

everyone says 12 but i do 15 at 2.5 is that good?
I do 15 at 6
@@footballmania00098 continuously for 30 mins ?

@@Kurostyle21 thanks man. So u mean if i keep going at 8 for a while i can become capable of going higher?
What about you diet coz that’s most important
Are you doing it everyday?
My treadmill is super fast cause that speed is like speed 2 on my treadmill I’m confused why tho
12?????
Yeah you can make this! When you lose your weight you are gonna be a knockout!
Can you wear the same outfit next time?
You have to control the eating too
Go into the matrix

just do manual and put in the settings you want
What is the 12 3 30?
12 incline 3.0 speed and 30 minutes
did you cal deficit too?
If she lost weight she did. Thats what calorie deficit does
🥞🥞🥞
Its not the challenge its the consistency of an activity. Its not magic
Read a lot of law books
You shudda worn the same pants
You are so beautiful
I do 18-5-15
U sure it’s not KMPH? It’s MPH?? 😭
Lost a 1bs already
12 incline will make my legs big.
I actually do 10-3-60
How do you know what a 12% incline is? The treadmill doesn't go by percentage
You dont need to do 10000 steps?
If you hold your arms the same on both shots it would be more believable
Will u believe??
My trademill incline 16 and speed is 5 km/h for 40 seconds and then speed 9km/h for 20 seconds.
And this workout is about 15 minutes
Feeling gross 😂
Bro you stood with your arms up in the second pic soooo
So you were able to poop everything out smh
Lol hilarious
If you added a keto diet to this you’d lose much more.
Is the incline 12 or 15??🤔
12
12

The older people used to walk and work for hours. She walked a treadmill for a month and decidsd to make a documentary out of it 😂
Get to the point.
Literally just use the little bar at the bottom to skip forward lol
i didnt see any imprivement, one the arms aside next the arms high up... nope
How could it be a New Year’s resolution if you started the day after Thanksgiving and you look terrible either way what
