Oh my goodness. I swear you can read my mind sometimes and. I wanted a slipper that had style and this is exactly what I needed. I’m going to dive in today and make a pair. Thank you for sharing ❤
I made two pairs of these slippers, and the individuals love them. Sizes extra large (female) and large (female). I'm preparing to make two more pairs in a large size. So far, I've been told that the slippers are very comfortable and warm. Thank you.
A tip to anyone making this, don't listen to the counts, they are incorrect. Just make the stitches she tells you to make. Except for the back loop only, she means front loop only.
THANK YOU for the video!!!!! I was about to give up when trying these just based on your written instructions because I thought it was instructed to work 3 sc in each foundation chain and well that makes for a very strange starting foundation
Love these. 💙 They look easy and cizy. I happen to have some yarn on hand that my son loves. I guess I know what he is getting for Christmas. 😂 Thank you so much for sharing this pattern. ✌🏻💟😁🧶🇺🇸
Ok i give up...couple of suggestions..if you could show each round as you complete it and stitch count is helpful. You cover your work which makes it difficult for some of us not quite experts. Im frustrated right now...will try again in a few days..thanks for the tutorial!
Has anyone had actual success with the bigger sizes in this pattern? For some reason, I cannot make an actual xl to save my life. I followed the pattern exact. Stitch counts were exact. Even used the same yarn. And my xl looks like a small. It fits my foot. Which, wouldn’t be an issue if they were for me 😅
@@Fantastic.Elastic yea honestly, I ended up reworking the pattern to fit how I needed it to. They turned out after that. But I told my fiancé never again. 😅
No, the sizes are not right. Also, what she says in the video does not even match the written pattern. I have tried many times and with different sizes. They are never the right size.
I bought the pattern and for the 3rd row for the Medium Women size the pattern reads after the next 8 sts, 2 sc in each of the next 6 sts it should be 8 sts right otherwise it doesn't add up to 42 sts????
I've got the same problem, when I do exactly what the pattern says on her website, it's an odd shape and looks like it's lacking stitches. I think this pattern is off. I've worked it 4 times and it's the same. I'm using the same yarn and needle, my stitches per 4" are 6.6 like it says on lion's site. I'm going to play with this and add stitches as needed and see how it works up.
@@MorainStaria I've been to her website, a lot of her other patterns are also written hard to understand, just wonder who edits? lol I gave up on mine, they were to be xmass presents...still looking for another house shoe/mocc pattern I can use all this wool yarn I bought to make 6prs .
7:117:117:1810:05 i think the slippers are beautiful but i have a hard time following when so many numbers for the different i think im better off if pattern was only for large the other sizes inthe pattern confuses me maybe one day ill get it but the slippers are adorable ... maybe by xmas ❤❤
Hi 😍 these are very nice, thank you for your time, ps would you be able to make an applique pattern for angel wings, I'm struggling to make angel wings to attach to my little amigurumi angel ☹️
I don’t understand. If this written pattern is incorrect why would you not want to correct it. I wrote the written pattern down and I’m so glad I read the comments. I would have been so upset if I had bought everything and tried making the slippers and then found the pattern to be written incorrectly.
Love this design!! Do you know if anything that could be added to the bottoms to create a non-slip slipper? Wondered if there was something that could be sprayed or applied to the yarn once it is worked up. I feel like I’ve seen something but can’t recall now.
@user-ll5jr2gn5q hey there, did you ever try making the xl ones? I'm gonna be honest, this is one of the worst patterns I have ever used. It sucks because it's one of the cutest!
My stitch count is different than the patterns after row 3. I can't figure out if it is me or the pattern? Would I just stop now and find a different pattern?

I just found the written version earlier today. So stoked to see a video!

Omg. I'm so excited for this! Perfect timing for making gifts too.

These are adorable and look easy enough for me as a beginner. Thank you for sharing.
Love this slipper pattern! Thanks ❤

Are you sure? lol, I’m bout to start that part.
It was driving me crazy. I thought I kept getting my count wrong.
Is the PDF correct with the counts?

Love the slipper . Sorry but round3 I counted 40 sts and not 34? X
I have the same problem. I wish someone could help to explain. I have 40 sts after round 3 and it gets way to big after I sc the two soles together.
I'm having the same issue. With row 3 size large. I have 44 sts?

I couldn't get into the pattern to print it. Can anyone send it or post it in here for me. I would appreciate it. TY

You could use a product called “sock stop” or a puff glue or even hot glue gun :)
@@RichTexturesCrochet thank you! Those are all great ideas!
Love these!! Do you happen to know of anywhere that you can purchase nonslip pads for the bottom of these slippers?
You can use puff paint on the bottom.
I usually love your tutorials- but no matter how many times I worked these slippers they didnt work up correctly. Weird.
I'm having the same issue.. gunna try the written one
should have come to the comments first, just couldn’t make these work using the written pattern now
I've been going back and forth between the written and the video... I still had to adjust the pattern a little
