  • Today we are bringing the 90g planted tank back to life. Even though its been a while since I've done much maintenance on this aquarium, the plants and cleanup crew keep this thing running like a little piece of nature. Besides overgrown plants and a full filter, you wont have much to worry about if you decide to start a heavily planted tank!

    Nice looking tank, when you have only plants and no hardscape it is callled a Dutch style aquarium, not Walstad. Diane Walstad promoted a system of a dirted tank with no filter. The plants and substrate were the fitlers.
