Even after seeing it..rewatching it gives me a refresher of an 'idea'. Adam makes total sense. Much appreciation! 🙏
Thank you Adam! Once again... :)
You know your game, Iam not good but am just taking my time to understand your concept and enjoying the ride.
I really enjoy the way you teach. Thank you!

Another great lesson 🇨🇾👊🏽🙏🏽🐺
Useful info
Good explanation
Greetings;…do you guys still have these small groups for training?
It all looks good with a stationary opponent, I can't se that sort of fighting working quite so well with a person on his toes , constantly changing the range and throwing feints in and out but it may work with somebody who wasn't expecting it, or if you stole it !
@Tai Chi Tube facts
It's just a demo for beginners to understand lines of attack. Ways to deal with range changing and feinting are by improving footwork and to reinforce practitioners to 'chase the center'.
Also Wing Chun can work in all ranges; however, it specializes at close range.

Sifu you look like GRANDMASTER YIP MAN
Not bad idea,, overall this part is important, but if punches are already thrown I'd prefer cover first
I like thos guy I can tell hes new to teaching , but I can also tell he can fight.. i noticed he has some silat type flavor hehe i like it!
Yes all world class boxers and MMA fighters keep their hands down .
But he did not say keep the hands down, he was talking about not obstructing your field of vision. I don't know anything about boxing, but there are no MMA fighters anywhere that hold their hands in front of their face so they can't see clearly.
As always, show me the fight evidence!
All is well, until they actually experienced a real fight.
