Filmed July 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th 2006 during his final off-season week just 13 weeks out of the 2006 IFBB Mr. Olympia. A MASSIVE bodyweight of 325 lbs! This dvd includes four days of his workouts, all bodypart covered. Also, all of his off-season meals starting 10:30 am to 3 am.
We then move to September 11th, 2006, just 3 weeks out of the Mr. Olympia. You see an amazing transformation in his body. Also includes footage of his post pre-judging, post finals, and his celebration party after the Mr. Olympia contest.

I love how normal Ronnie is. He kept working in law enforcement well into his career, has a normal looking house, washes his own dishes. The guy is humble, despite being the bodybuilding GOAT.

False. Actually, Kai Greene did. He consumed 4 whole grapefruits and 3.5lbs of chicken _a day_. That was more than any other bodybuilder ate. Even Jay Cutler said he couldn’t eat that much.

Growing up in the nearby area , I’m 30 but it def brings back memories of how family oriented Ronnie is and how the houses in Dallas metro area are all the same lol
22:14 theres no way! So I'm eating dinner while watching King Ronnie here and I happen to be drinking a Sprite with my meal and when I finished it, I switched to drinking Cranberry Juice. And next thing I see is Big Ron doing the same thing. It was a mirrored moment that I had to share.
If you're wondering why Ronnie's diet has no vegetables it's because he hates vegetables, he even said it in an interview with Jay Leno.
What a moron had he eaten vegetables then his joints would've been less affected because vegetables contain fiber and other important things to keep the joints strong

I use to watch this back in the day all the time. Geez! I use to be obsessed with bodybuilding. To this day I wish I’d stuck with building a great body for the stage. I was so obsessed with Ronnie Coleman’s lifestyle.

@@Raypirat tbh I didn’t want to abuse steroids. Someone wants to be successful in bodybuilding you have to make certain sacrifices that I just didn’t want to make. I did take prohormones back then which effected my liver and I had heart complications. I’m healthy now and ive been enjoy powerlifting

I absolutely understand, my freshman year in highschool my dad ordered me flex magazines. My first magazine was several months before Ronnies first Olympia win when he lost to Levrone at the Frisco show, Then after that show, Ronnie started to win the rest of the shows such as night of champions beating Levrone, Then all of a sudden boom, 8 x Mr. Olympia, I had a chance to meet him at the 2006 Olympia, I was hoping that he would beat Lee Haney's record, but his injuries were starting to make him look un even with a torn back and triceps injury
