Man your video has been super helpful, with this video as a guide I replaced this on my Volvo S80 1.6 T4 that has the same engine. 2 Hrs after I changed the valve cover gasket, my coolant outlet gave out (nothing to do with this gasket job btw), where the plastic was as brittle as the valve cover gasket as well. Just falling in to pieces like a pretzel. Do you have any advice for these 1.6 Ecoboost engine for other parts than the valve cover gasket and the coolant outlet that have plastic in them that just gets worn out and brittle over time? I might replace those parts too before they give out but as a DIY-er I have no further experience on these :) Thank you.
Hello, I have seen some videos where people replaced the injector top seal connects to fuel rail. Is it necessary to replace the injector seal or gasket? If it is required to replace whats a part number for seal/gasket??
