I actually understand the wagon deal... my professor in college had a 95 Roadmaster Limited dark metallic cherry w/ wood and I thought it was great... she called me up my junior year and asked if I wanted it for a grand... this was in 2005 and it had 101k... waited a month before my dad could come up from home to check it out... he started it shifted through the gears and said we'll take it... I asked if we needed to test it and he said no, he could tell.. we were in the back alley and I had only ever been in the car with my professor, she never drove fast... I thought it had a 5.0L so I punched it to get it moving and nearly ran into the garage across the alley... never expected to have that much power and over the years I learned mine had all the most desireable extras... I put almost 80k on the car and loved it... only sold it because the electrical vats was failing and the trans was shifting poorly... I unfortunately was sick and couldn't work on it, I sold all my extra cars that year to get married... owned half a dozen sedan roadmaster sedan since... couldn't get another wagon, not that I wouldn't enjoy it but it wouldn't be the same car and that was enough to never bite the bullet... but I loved that car and the exact one would have to fall in my lap to bite the bullet... couldn't be close... would have to be the same...
My parents had matching Chevy Astro vans all through the 90s growing up... a dark brown 86 and a medium gray 88... they were base models, dog dish hubcaps, no tinted windows, vinyl seats and floors, no third row seats... only options were cruise control and am/fm radio... we had other Astros and safaris, over the years as they were perfect for my dad's antique business.. Those 2 we had the longest, and stuck in my mind the most... the gray one was my first car... always wanted another, if I could find the rare Astro RS or the rarer Safari GT... id want one how I was going to customize mine back in the day... driven a few here or there over the years... like that friend that even if you haven't seen each other in years, it's as if you saw them yesterday... nothings changed, everything feels the same... My wife is that way with Jeep Cherokees, she grew up with them and her father's was her first car... I've also owned half a dozen jeeps just for her... So I understand... Old friends to make new memories with
That car is beautiful. I definitely have the same taste in cars as you. I showed this to my wife and she loved it. We will definitely acquire one soon.
I had a 1990. Fabulous car. Drove cross country in super comfort. carries a sheet of plywood lying down flat. most of the front end is truck parts. saved my wife's life in a nasty t-bone with a lincoln. a little greedy with gas but i loved it
The chrome mag wheels make that car pop. Those have always been my favorite feature that Buick made for many many years. Obviously demanded considering they made them for so long.
I totally get the nostalgia factor and for two reasons I love this car. Dad bought a new 73 caprice estate blue with woodgrain and a 454... I can still remember the smell of the interior when it was new and the sound of that four barrel carb when you floored it! Fast forward to 1982 and dad bought me a 82 park avenue diesel and to this day it's a favorite of mine. Loved this video!
Anthony, I truly admired your great work and feel the love you have for your family. Papa and Mama bear raised you the right way, keep up the amazing stuff you present to us 🙏🏻🍺👏🏻❤️🚐🚙🚗🚓🚕🛻🚖🚘
Indeed my family had the “Family Truckster” Ford Squire before the Olds, so we checked both the GM and Ford boxes in the 80s. Chrysler Minivans didn’t really catch on in my neck of woods until 90s. These wagons were it, unless you could afford a Conversion Van or Suburban.
Great wagon! My wife and I bought a 1970 Chysler Town & Country wagon as a second car our 1st year of married life. Wonderful car and what a "snowplow" in our Michigan winters. One of my most missed vehicles.
Took my driver's license test in a 1979 Buick Estate Wagon. Had an Oldsmobile 403 under the hood. My parents had a 1970 Cutlass Supreme Holiday coupe when I was born so I was destined to be a Olds kid. Our first station wagon was a 1972 Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser. They liked the Buick wagons so much they had 2 1979 Estate Wagons. Thanks for the trip back to my childhood.
Very nice wagon! My childhood favorite car was my Dad's 1965 Plymouth Fury III 4 door hardtop that was metallic Navy blue with a light blue interior. That car was a fantastic freeway cruising car. He took all of us kids from our Detroit suburban home to our "Up North" cottage on the weekends. I remember it would be hot outside but with all the windows down the wind coming in kept all of us very cool. That car was fast, I always sat behind him in the back seat so I could watch the speedometer. Lastly, when he would pass cars on the two lane roads, he would kick it down to passing gear and the engine would come to life, I'll never forget that sound! That car would pass other cars just like they were sitting still, what a real family car with performance! Many great memories with my Dad and that car.
Beautiful car Anthony. Mine was a 1972 Plymouth valiant. My dad loved it when he bought it straight off the truck at the dealer. A lot of memories later he surprised me by giving it to me as a graduation present
LOVE this Buick wagon! Keep those wheels. I own the latest and probably the last Buick wagon - 2018 Regal TourX. I have never seen another one in my travels and I live in a city of over 1 million.
Great video. When I was a kid, my parents had a 1979 Buick Electra Estate Wagon with the Olds 403 engine. When I got older, I bought a 1989 Buick Electra Estate Wagon with the Olds 307, and then a 1985 Pontiac Parisienne Safari with a modified Chevrolet 350.
Those Buick rims are the nicest period correct wheels ever. My dad was a Buick guy and he had them on 3 of our Buicks, 64 Wildcat, 76 Electra Limited, 78 Park Avenue. Love them. I was never a fan of the woody look but these days it’s nostalgic. My favorite growing up, 76 Electra Limited. Cadillac Sedan Deville is my dream.
What a beautiful old wagon. Reminds me of my grandparents.. they always bought Buicks every year or two. One for him, a wagon and a sedan for her. They had a wagon similar to this. I was a teen back then so this year reminds me of my youth. I like that you pick more odd cars to show and drive..I get so tired of seeing Corvettes and 57 Chevys. At car shows that's all you see. I walk right past them. Great video! Your daughter will remember this car as her childhood car. It will bring great memories for her in life. Thanks again for this video!
I consider myself lucky. I still have my childhood memory car. My Dads first brand new car was a 63 Galaxie Country Sedan ordered with buckets and console, floor shift, power windows and seat. I was brought home from the hospital when I was born in that wagon. I still have it and restored it 25 years ago and it still looks fresh and new! Great video!!
Just love em. I’m from the UK and was in the US working in a summer camp in the 80's and drove the lower spec Chevy Caprice Classic and Oldsmobile (Delta 88 I think it was) wagons. Returning to the US to work soon and may just give you a call to find something interesting to drive around in!
Cars that bring back childhood memories for me. All owned by my father the first 16 years of my life. 1)1969 Chrysler Town and country 2) 1970 and 1976 Ford pickup trucks 3) 1978 Buick Limited
My mom was a station wagon owner back in my younger years too. Two of them come to mind: 1971 Dodge Coronet Crestwood wagon and a 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Vista Cruiser. The Cutlass had similar paint/wood grain design as your Buick. Loved those wagons. Wonderful memories!! They don't and won't build them like this anymore!! Loved this review.
Anthony I don't know what wheel's you are referring to but the one's you have on that wagon now are absolutely stunning and in my humble opinion make's that wagon look ... GOOD! Send me a link to the wheel's you are referring to as I am very curious to know exactly what your talking about.
Wow! Brings back so many memories of my Uncle (who lived in Portsmouth). He and his family would drive up to Groveton when I was a kid staying with my older brother. Those great station wagons always seemed to be the flagship of the brand as a young impressionable kid.
My parents always had Buick's when I was growing up, my dad had Electric's and my mom had Le sabre's - I would love to find a 76 Le sabre 2 door red w/ white half top that was the last car my mom owned when she passed away - you have a SWEET wagon there Anthony and it goes good with all your other BEAUTIFUL cars!!
HI Anthony----Nice car. On April 29th 1976, I bought a brand new mercury cougar. Five weeks after I bought the car, I got married. 46 years later, I still have the car and still have the wife!
Severe nostalgia for me, especially around this time a year. Driving by Toys R Us waiting for the new Transformers and the Tyco Cliffhangers race set for Christmas. Nice memory lane video also Papa Bear is a Super Cool Dad.
Anthony, you nailed it in that one for sure. My Dad had a Lincoln Mercury dealership many years ago, so I naturally drifted towards the Mercury Colony Park wagons. In fact, I owned seven of them and wish I kept the last one a 1991, which was their last year of production. Hindsight's great isn't it?
The Estate Wagon and Colony Park were the top of the line wagons back in the day. As a Buick lover obviously I give the nod to the Estate Wagon but the Merc was a close second.
Love that car , my experience was with like 10 of these my dad ran cabs outta Boston area , some loaded some work model Caprice all 307's were dogs but could really go a long way seen 500k miles outta some. And safety we had one have two head one accident's and bolt new nose on back to work!
I know what you mean about childhood memories. My dad had a black 1960 Chevy Impala. I get too weepy when i see one now because my dad's been gone 21 years.
I'm really glad for people like you who see how special these cars are and how important it is to take well care of them so they can last for many many more years. Lovely video, really enjoyed listening all the cool stories with the car.
The car that brings me memories are the 1978-1989 Caprices. We traveled everywhere with that. I am amazed that they are now popular and known as box Caprices
My mother had a huge 1984 Ford Crown Victoria. I have those same types of memories from that car as you do with your moms. This video takes me back. My grandmother always had a Buick Century. Those cars she had were memory makers for us as well. That Electra is beautiful.
Hey Anthony & Papa Bear, Happy Halloween!!! Your Buick Estate Wagon is really a sweet ride!! A car that I remember fondly from my childhood is my uncle's 63 Continental, I loved the suicide doors & what my uncle called "the magic seats" that made me taller so I could see out the window better!! I think it was that car that started my life long love of Lincolns!!! 🎃
I have fantastic memories of watching the world go by from the rear facing seat in a 1972 Buick Estate. I would totally be one of those people who would want a look at this car. I love wagons and wish there were more of them around.
Absolutely gorgeous wagon! I love these old classic boxy station wagons they have a special charm to them. My dad owned 2 Chevy Caprice wagons that had the 3 backwards facing seats and I thought that was the coolest thing ever as kid we all fought for that seat. Congrats on getting this car I'm glad it's in good hands and your continuing giving it the same loving care it's previous 2 owners did. Great video Anthony!
It is so heart-warming to see such a young guy loving these cars. I'm 55 and love them too. I have the 1968 Impala my mom bought brand-new. As kids, we couldn't wear shoes in her car. I have that car and it still looks like new. Only 68k on it. A car I will never sell.
That is absolutely awesome! The pull of nostalgia is a powerful thing. I've bought a car that takes me right back to my childhood too. So I'm hearing you. 😊
Love the car Anthony much respect…when I was 19 my dad had a 1989 Buick Electra park avenue in a champagne color he put lots of miles on it and had over 250k when we sold it I guess you could say that car has my favorite memories aside from the 1994 Cadillac deville he replaced it with which is now mine and I have a video of it on my channel and I still have it today.
We had a 1964 Chevrolet Impala Wagon with the same seat facing rearward. We used to go to the Drive In and my Dad would back it in so we could sit in the back. Us younger kids would go on the roof and sit with in the roof rack. My parents sat in lawn chairs. During intermission we would go play on the swings. What a great time we had. I love the memory of it. Both my parents are gone now.
Great topic Anthony I have two favorite cars growing up in the 60's as a kid. My folks were Pontiac people, and they had a 1967 Pontiac Ventura sedan. The second car was my Grandmother's 1967 Pontiac Executive 4 door. My parents car was gold with black interior, and my Omas 67 was blue with black interior. The Executive was the first car I "restored"...and it's a huge car.
Anthony, I love this car!! It is my favorite in your collection!! Hi Papa Bear! 🐻 I had an 86 pinkish champagne Chrysler New Yorker with maroon interior with velour pillow seats. It was the turbo car. It had the digital display and it talked, "The Door is Ajar" etc.. If you find a near mint one I am your huckleberry. Those wheels make your wagon! I had an 84 Olds 88 and an 89 Grand Marquis. The New Yorker was so comfortable, I loved it! I know it is just a fancy K car. My childhood memory vehicle was a 1968 C10 step side. Straight 6 with three speed on column. I still have the manual.
My childhood favorite is the 1975 Oldsmobile 98 Regency Brougham. Your beautiful wagon reminds me alot of my grandfather's Oldmobile Custom Cruiser Woody Wagon.
You are a man of my own heart! I have always been drawn to the usually big, funky clunky vehicles that are generally over-looked by most people. I've had many cars in my past that I knew one day I would be sorry I sold one day, but life gets in the way! Beautiful car and I love your videos!
ok buddy, this video just about brought me to tears. Oh, yes, I remember the family station wagon for sure! My mothers dream car, Buick! She loved her Buicks!! Thanks for posting!
My “memory” car would be a 1965 Chevrolet BelAir sedan in blue/green with a straight six and an automatic transmission…it was the first brand new car my parents ever purchased and the car on which I learned to drive when I was sixteen. Not anything at all special by any means but still special to me..
My dad had a 1961, same car, around 1968. I can still hear that six coming into the driveway after work and the sound of the linkage going into park. Yeah, not special, but special
It's a beauty. I remember two Buicks my parents had when I was a child - we had a 1971 Electra 225 (455 w/ 4-barrel) and a 1984 Electra Park Avenue. 1984 was the last year for the big rear-wheel drive Electra sedans.
Don't remember the year, early 70s, but Ford LTD was my grandpa's. It was HUGE to us kids, it was yellow with green top, no window dividers so when you rolled down the front & rear it was wide open. Dark green interior, it rode like a boat on the water! When I was young, I remember sitting down on the floor in the front passenger side, while grandpa drove! I LOVED it! Miss it & grandpa 😊
Nice wagon. I’ve recently purchased a survivor 1978 Mercury Grand Marquis wagon for the exact same reasons. Fireworks to pumpkin picking, to Christmas tree. It’s a weekend warrior. Family memories being made.
I recently bought a 1984 Audi 4000 S. My Mom had one new when I was a kid, and only 2 years later, he traded it for a 1982 Buick Electra Estate Wagon. Mom hated it, but I loved it too. I’d totally buy this wagon! Good for you!
This is why I like your channel, you are passionate about all of the cars 🚗 you have. You will have many memories! Leave the wheels alone. Looks great.
great memories we owned sister to that car, even same color, bought it 2nd owner, funeral home 1st. It was used to haul family from funeral home to grave site, and to haul caskets when hearse was not needed. It had lots of scratches on chrome at rear door floor, grandkids called it the body wagon. I especially remember the smooth ride and the wonderful heater.
Awesome video....my mom had a 82 caprice classic estate wagon with the infamous diesel engine. I remember when she would come pick me up at school she would always be easy to find!
Hi Anthony; Jon Syme here from Prosper Texas. We pray that you and you family have a blessed Thanksgiving and Christmas. A little background on us. Born and raised in Meriden Connecticut. Manchester, Andover, Hartford, Windsor Locks, and Connecticut Drag-way were stomping grounds for me. Did som drag racing with a good friend of mine until he totaled it on a run. Anyway back to the point of all this. After I got married to my 5th grade girl friend in 1960 it was time to buckle- down. We had a VW Beetle which we loved and that car would plow through the snow & slush never getting stuck. Throughout the coming years we had a variety of VW’s all excellent fun driving (Air Could) engines. When the children came along, like you we graduated to the Ford Country Squire. Had three of them through the years and enjoyed them all. Like you, I love Cars. Just didn’t know how to become successful at it like you. I’m a Carpenter, Designer, Builder, Boat builder. Racked with pains i sit in my chair watching you and your Dad looking and hopeful I find my last ride. Love your show! Jon: thanks
Oh Anthony, this is your best video yet. I fully understand the family memories and sentimentality thing. I have a fully restored ‘56 Ford Victoria and ‘50 Ford Coupe for the same reasons! I think your car is so wonderfully perfect just as it is. I think the wheels sets it above the average car. I would love it just as it is with the exception of the rear bumper filler and scuff pads. I REALLY love the way you enjoy the car with your wife and daughter!!! To me that just makes the whole package absolutely wonderful! GREAT, GREAT video. I look forward to seeing more like them!
That is a super nice survivor! You have excellent taste. Nice that a guy your age appreciates and saves these nice cars from who knows what fate. Just found your channel, greetings from Canada, from me, your newest subscriber!
Anthony, I've been following you for some time, love your videos and your cars, especially this one, for the very same reasons. We had a '76 Estate Wagon growing up which my folks replaced with an '83 Electra Wagon which I eventually got and took to college, basically drove her into the ground. My all time favorite car, lots of great memories. I've been passively looking for a few years to maybe get one for the nostalgia and just because they're so cool, so I'd be interested in the other one you have coming up. Loved your Lake George story, I'm in the Albany area now but grew up not far from you in Hollis, N.H.
I love the pre-downsized GM clamshells. I had a ‘90 Estate Wagon and as long as that car was the ‘76 wagons were a foot longer! Some of the biggest cars ever produced.
My Dad had a 1971 Chevrolet Kingswood wagon. IMO the 'calmshell' tailgates (71-76) were the best tailgates ever designed. They got completely out of the way.
I love it! I was born in 1981. Mine is a 1988 Chevrolet Celebrity Eurosport! I found a very nice one 2 years ago 121k miles. New A/C system. Everything else is original.
My favorite car. Ever. Love the wheels. But also love the other wheels from 90. Like a basket or haineybomb. Can’t describe it. But my family had one as a child. My best friend totaled it in our driveway when we were in high school. Long story. Lol
Happy birthday 🎂 young man! You bring back childhood memories for sure growing up I seen a few my dad had. From 1948 chevy"s to 1958 chevy sdns. Only 1 Wagon 1965 chevy impala red. I loved the third row seat and yes making faces or waves to people following the car..lol. My dad switched cars every 3 years. My first was the 67 plymouth fury 3, what a large slant back car as they had box type rear windows back then.. I loved it . After was my 67 chevy caprice coupe, ,1974 chevy caprice coupe..After I got married my Ford gran torino wgn .I really loved the 87 Olds custom cruiser wgn. My company owned it was the top of the line Wagon then. Later flurries of other cars fast forward I have a 91 grand marquis with 479k on it and my car I dreamed of owning and now have is a 89 triple black. Lincoln Town car.. thanks for the memories! I'm sure papa bear 🐻 knows and is living these memories as well to have these older beauties to see ... If I could afford them I would have 15 or so. Thankful for your love of these cars Papa bear raised you right. 😊 😃 GOD BLESS YOU, AND YOUR DAD FOR REMEMBERING.... I LOVE THAT 90 GRAND MARQUIS LS YOU HAD WITH THE LINCOLN REAR ... P.S. CREGGOR SS MAGS WERE ON THESE WGNS ANTHONY JUST CHANGE THE WHITE WALLS IT WILL MAKE THE CAR LOOK SHAPER!!!
Looooove your wife's wagon. Lol. I always thought they were so classy and elegant. The one that really brings back the warm n fuzziness was my parents 1973 Pontiac Grand Safari with the clamshell tailgate, white over burgundy vinyl/leather interior loaded with a burgundy vinyl top and roof rack with woodgrain as well, id loooove to have a grand safari clamshell again. Enjoyed this video Anthony, thanks for sharing...
Beautiful car, Anthony! Being a good bit older than you, my memory car is a 1951 Chrysler Windsor DeLuxe 4 door sedan, black w/ a green interior. The car belonged to my aunt, who bought it new, and I spent many happy hours going here and there with her. She kept it quite a while, and, when I was a freshman in college, I got the old Chrysler as a gift. I loved that car more than anything I have had since, and I've had quite a few, from sports cars (Mercedes 560SL) to big convertibles (76 Eldorado, my 2nd favorite car) and everything in between. I can really appreciate how you can love a car from your young days, and wish you many happy years in your Buick. I sure wish I could find another really nice '51 Chrysler!
I love station wagons. Your's is magnificent. I live the Buick wagon. My dad had a 1859 Ford Wagon four door. I can remember sitting by the tailgate, watching people and waving. ALSO the weekends at the driving sleeping in the back watching movies and eating till I fell asleep inthe back. I cried when my dad sold it for another car. The only wagon we every owned. I wish I could have one more day or with my parents and that wago n.
Nice video, Anthony. For me, it was a '59 Ford Country Squire, bought new by my dad when I was two years old. There were eventually three of us kids, and I remember trips from Connecticut to Ohio across the GW bridge and through all the tunnels on the Pennsy turnpike. In later years, I remember riding in the way-back and looking at the roadway through a rust hole in the floor.
I delivered groceries when I was in high school. My boss had a car like this. He let me drive it when the Ford Econoline delivery van broke down. What a nice car and ride. Wish the van broke down more!
Beautiful car! I really like how started the lead in on this video. Great entrance! I have a 89 Ford Crown Wagon, bought new in 88, love it more than the day I drove it off the lot! Hang on to it! It brings joy. Nice to see that you take such good care of it! 🎉Enjoy! 😄
Wow, the Buick is a beautiful station wagon back in the day that was top-of-the-line and I guess what people see that car it brings back. Great memories of their childhood.💯💕🥴
Love this series!!! Keep up on the personal vehicle videos!! You're definitely getting better at making the videos as I've been following for a while. Papa Bear is a rock star in this car. Enjoy the memories. I have a 53 Chevy Bel air that my Father bought when I was 4, but that cars been with us nearing 40 years! I got married last year and used this car for the wedding. Black 53 Chevy Bel air sedan and she's got 70k on it now. Rides like a dream!!
These cars are indeed memory makers. What stuck in my memory log: a silver 1992 Mercury Grand Marquis that my uncle had; my mom's 1980 navy blue Chrysler Cordoba, as well as a white/wood 1981 Town & Country Lebaron station wagon; and my aunt Betty's grass green MB280 SE opera coupe from 1970. All of these cars are stuck in my memory.
You are one cool dude, Anthony! And you found a good one -- with cornering lamps and fender lamp monitors. So, so nice! That car is very happy! Look at the smile on that face!
Since the wagon has the Buick chrome road wheels which IMO dresses up any Buick, I wouldn't change them, it looks just fine
Those Road Wheels make it a BUICK!!
WHAT IS THE MILES PER GALLON?
I actually understand the wagon deal... my professor in college had a 95 Roadmaster Limited dark metallic cherry w/ wood and I thought it was great... she called me up my junior year and asked if I wanted it for a grand... this was in 2005 and it had 101k... waited a month before my dad could come up from home to check it out... he started it shifted through the gears and said we'll take it... U would b crazy to replace those wheels it’s the best part of the wagon
Great looking station wagon Tone, we all look back on better times with nostalgia, given the state of play these days.
Hey Paulie, I see you commenting on Bill's videos from Naples. You obviously have great taste in cars.
That's a damn good looking wagon.

68 buick sky lark my favorite car
I totally get the nostalgia factor and for two reasons I love this car. Dad bought a new 73 caprice estate blue with woodgrain and a 454... I can still remember the smell of the interior when it was new and the sound of that four barrel carb when you floored it! Fast forward to 1982 and dad bought me a 82 park avenue diesel and to this day it's a favorite of mine. Loved this video!
Beautiful wagon. I’d love to have a good low-mile one like that.
Anthony, I truly admired your great work and feel the love you have for your family. Papa and Mama bear raised you the right way, keep up the amazing stuff you present to us 🙏🏻🍺👏🏻❤️🚐🚙🚗🚓🚕🛻🚖🚘
The market for those big GM and Ford wagons is really growing!!

Yes. He can get $675K
Great wagon! My wife and I bought a 1970 Chysler Town & Country wagon as a second car our 1st year of married life. Wonderful car and what a "snowplow" in our Michigan winters. One of my most missed vehicles.
I just added a comment on our 1971 Chrysler T&C!
Reminds me of the original "Out of Towners" with Jack Lemmon & Sandy Dennis.
Anthony, I am around twice your age, but I certainly like your style!
And I remember the fun times I had with my daughters when they were the age of yours... She is adorable! Enjoy every minute... time does fly!
I love the wheels that you have. I think it makes it really stand out.
Love to have those Buick road wheels.
That's one beautiful station wagon. 😍😍😍😍😍😍
Fabulous! You sure manage to find the great ones
Like
LOVE this Buick wagon!
Great story and a terrific car. Thanks for sharing with us.
Happy Birthday and many more healthy years to come. Lately ive been having dreams of a B Body wagon myself :) happy trails!
I have a 1977 Buick wagon that my parents bought new and I love it! Like your wagon too!
God I love those wagons, my neighbor had one just like yours except it was the diesel model and I’d love to have one just like it..😁
Great wagon, absolutely love it!
Very cool!
That’s kinda funny!
While you were heading to the States,
I went to England for a little over two years, at the beginning of ‘85.
Cars that bring back childhood memories for me. All owned by my father the first 16 years of my life.
1)1969 Chrysler Town and country
2) 1970 and 1976 Ford pickup trucks
3) 1978 Buick Limited
My mom was a station wagon owner back in my younger years too. Two of them come to mind: 1971 Dodge Coronet Crestwood wagon and a 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme Vista Cruiser. The Cutlass had similar paint/wood grain design as your Buick. Loved those wagons. Wonderful memories!! They don't and won't build them like this anymore!! Loved this review.
What a Gorgeous Electra She is loaded. I actually LIKE the Rally Wheels She looks great When you are ready I will Buy !!! Enjoy Cheers from Calgary
I hope you know cars good enough to know that's not no 1989 Electra station wagon?
@@charlesjackson1700 It sure looks like an Electra Station Wagon to Me 1989 was the last year for this model ???????
Anthony I don't know what wheel's you are referring to but the one's you have on that wagon now are absolutely stunning and in my humble opinion make's that wagon look ... GOOD! Send me a link to the wheel's you are referring to as I am very curious to know exactly what your talking about.
I came here specifically to give my love and support to all the amazing people who grew up riding in station wagons ...
Thats a keeper Anthony... Its like the Cadillac of station wagons. Congrats.
Hello McWolf how are you doing thank you so much for the comment. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Thanks for the videos and all you do for us. Best Regards
Is the dealership still functioning?
The Estate Wagon and Colony Park were the top of the line wagons back in the day. As a Buick lover obviously I give the nod to the Estate Wagon but the Merc was a close second.
@@klwthe3rd Sadly no it is not. He sold it 64 years ago.
Happy Halloween to you Christopher yes I also like those early 60's Continentals especially the convertible. Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Great topic Anthony
I have two favorite cars growing up in the 60's as a kid.
My first car was a ‘64 Bel Air, which I got in ‘82 with 29,000 miles on it.
I left for the Air Force in ‘84, & my brother got it.
Amazing condition, extremely rare. When station wagons served its purpose back in the day they pretty much went straight to the crusher.
I recently bought a 1984 Audi 4000 S. My Mom had one new when I was a kid, and only 2 years later, he traded it for a 1982 Buick Electra Estate Wagon. Mom hated it, but I loved it too. I’d totally buy this wagon! Good for you!
It's good to see someone with the obvious passion you shave for cars that's way I watch your channel keep doing what you're doing ☺️
Thanks for sharing good story.
Love that wagon. I drove one in college for a company I worked for. So awesome.
Jon: thanks
I watched your other video on one of these and I adore the whole concept of these luxurious, comfortable and practical wagons.
Mine was an 87 Estate red on red. My kids loved riding in the "way back."
Oh 1 repaint.
I get two or three beach towels, and put them under car seats. Always helps! What a GORGEOUS EXAMPLE! My bucket list!!
Love it, my folks hauled all 7 of us kids around the country in a '69 Ford LTD wagon. It had a 429 4 barrel, Great memories!
My friends family had one in 1998. We loved it. It was blue inside and out
Beautiful car!
I bought a caprice one in 89 brand new every dad was jealous kids love the back seat the memories are priceless it was a great time in auto history
These station wagons bring back memories I used to spend time on the rear seat that faced the rear hatch
Beautiful car Anthony!
Hey Scott thank you for that compliment. I enjoy these great "American Beauties" . Papa 🐻 & Anthony
Amazing video ! I always loved station wagons , my parents owned a 85 Pontiac Parisienne wagon back in the day. GREAT TIMES.
That interior is gorgeous. If i cant have it, im glad you are taking care of it.
My parents had a Buick Sport Wagon when I was a kid, and then an Olds Custom Cruiser!
A lot of good memories riding in the back of those cars!
Brings back alot of memories for me. My father had a blue 1980 olds custom cruiser diesel
I love the big Buicks of the 80s and those mag wheels are super classic. You've got a great one there.
You are one cool dude, Anthony! And you found a good one -- with cornering lamps and fender lamp monitors. So, so nice!
That car is very happy! Look at the smile on that face!
