I find it interresting how “Omori” is etched onto the piano, but Omori is only in headspace, and not the real world.
I haven't finished the game so I may be wrong, but maybe that piano is just where Sunny got the name "Omori" from for the headspace
Omori is the name of the piano, hence why Omori is pale with a black and white color pattern and also having striped shorts that resembles a piano keyboard

Merg nice video! Just some tips about stuff you missed, you should reload an older save file next episode and firstly:
1- Run around with Mari a lot after the overcoming drowning scene and try to go back to the Vast Forest and the flower field area. (By stepping back on land after first entering the water)
2- Check around in the tree "village" during the swimming section right after the previous scene. There where you saw the second copy of the house. There's more stuff to see there.
3- (Optional) Check out the scam items the shark dudes offer you. But you should definetly first save at Mari's basket just to reload after getting scammed left and right, to not lose money. (Btw, the Bottled Water comes into play later. There's another way to get it for free, but just as insurance, I recommend you buy one. You can keep haggling for a lower end with them to buy it at a semi-decentish price)
4- Keep hitting the piñata guy for an interesting surprise :)
5- *[Mildly IMPORTANT]* Check out the second tape during the O letter dive area. Its different. Also, interact with the TV without picking up a tape prior.
6- (Optional) Once you encounter Kel, and at any point before meeting Aubrey, go back to the Deep Well and try to leave through the well entrance. Also, attempt this again after finding Aubrey but not Hero.
Now, for next episode:
1- After reuniting with all your friends and regaining freedom of travel, go back to Sweetheart's Castle, and check out the hole that was being covered by blue buckets of paint. There's an interesting event there. (The room underneath the trap door on Sweetheart's stage)
2- (Optional) Return to the Dungeons, and explore around again.
3- *[IMPORTANT!]* Return to Vast Forest, and enter the Train Station. From there, take the train and visit the new destination, one of the unexplored areas on your map. Your time to visit this location is starting to run out. I recommend you hurry up soon ;)
PS: But careful, beware of the mining triangle, lest you end up ruining the balance of your journey.
Well, that's about it! Hopefully I made everything as concise as possible without spoiling anything. I'm a little sad Merg has largely ignored all my tips messages so far, but I'll keep trying! Hope you see this Merg!

If I remember correctly, the thing for the mirror comments wanted you to find only works when deep well is discovered. So I guess its that time again (I Promise We Aren't Trolling :) ).
