So many people today want to speak and speak powerfully. And yet so many people don't realize that it's the mindset, not the technique that comes first.

Accepting my breakdowns was the key element for me.
It's something I undervalued in the past, and now I'm becoming more comfortable knowing that it will lead to me to a breakthrough
I release my negative self - talk & I stand in my power. I will play big and say yes, yes, no matter what!

Bridgette, I love that too. This message was GOD timely. I am literally battling the thoughts in my head that want to speak fear of repeating past patterns. Realizing that I been blocked from seeing some of my needs in order to clearly, boldly expect them to be met. A need to feel security has been showing up everywhere now.
