Abundance is a rarely discussed issue in many places.
Most parents use these exact words.
We don't belong to that category.
It is for the rich people.
We can't have those stuff.
But with this shift in mindset, the experience is awesome.

How do you determine which relationships to expand?
(To give a little bit of context, I grew up with a single mum who growing up never really listened to me and told me nothing about feelings - except how to push them down; I don't blame her cause she was never told - and a sister who laughs about me when I get angry or feel hurt - she wasn't told either. I know they love me, and I love them back, but my needs in those relationships are not at all fulfilled and I honestly feel better when I have low or no contact with them. I've worked on myself a lot (also with the help of your books and your show), they haven't done any self-development and I don't feel like my needs are at all met in those relationships. What has helped me deal with guilt of drawing back and being less available is the image you mention in other episodes, about people being like a glass or jar that holds a certain amount of water and that we can't expect a small glass of water to fill a bigger container - so how do you expand a relationship with someone who doesn't want to expand? Realistically, my answer would be: you don't. Now I'm wondering, how do these ideas go together? Do you also try expanding relationships where people have shown they can't or don't want to fulfill one's needs, e.g. if you had told your future husband what you need and he hadn't reacted. I don't want to be pouring my lifetime down the drain trying to expand relationships with people that are unwilling to change, so doesn't expansion need the participation of both people in a relationship? (Genuine questions, maybe you have other insights than what I have in my perspective)

Hey LISA, you know I love you I have been to a couple of your programs. The only part that concerns me is advising people to stay with family members, particularly childhood family members who are narcissistic or abusers or they just have their ways of behaving in such a way that it affects your emotional and transformational capabilities at harm in your health. I guess that would be the one place that I would be very cautious. I loved in Legendary Speakers when you said you need to go find the people who DO bring out the best of you and support your growth instead of shaming you for doing so to keep you small and within their full emotional and monetary control. Personally, staying in my Relationship can do further to harm me. Let me know what you think? I’d love to hear your view. Thank you
Okay how can I do business business
I lost 50 pounds and over Covid and a car accident the doctors put steroid injections in my back to help me walk…all it did was made BIG AS WELL IN THE MIDDLE, face and arms. I am so depressed I cannot think of being confident and sexy is gone along with everything else
